Create a consistent narratve
Yes, we are aware of how Operation Mockingbird works. It's not about showing different sides of a story, and maybe devining the truth. It's about 'creating' a narrative - (i.e. making up something); and then being 'consistent' (i.e. everybody say the same thing, 1,2,3).
There is Ron's edict that FBI must not investigate the latest ass-attempt, because they have been 'investigating' Trump, so there's a conflict of interest there.
