I’m proof that there are exceptions…college educated in a liberal shithole, never believed their bullshit.

But I studied a scientific field so maybe that helped.

There was a clear difference in mentality between the STEM students and everyone else. STEM kids were pragmatic and too busy to get caught up in the culture war. The liberal arts kids seemed insane to me, as if they came from a different reality (they essentially do as I’ve learned lately), and this was years ago, even before things really peaked with Trump.

They also find it easier to stick with “sources” and put all the burden of analysis and curation to the “experts”, because that worked so well for them at school. They’ll get an A+ from teacher if they get the jab right?

Marketing and advertisement is simply mass corporate conditioning. That might sound obvious but it’s (imo) the simplest normie redpill. Corporations wormed their way into our heads long ago. It’s easy to hate ads/corpos and most lefties already do hate those things, they just don’t take it to its logical conclusion.

Century of the Self documentary (free on the ‘tube) is a wonderful primer on modern propaganda and its anti-populist origins.

They control us and they think it’s funny we fell for the scam of globohomo.

IMO it is a form of civil disobedience.

Fuck the system.

I pity them because they are human and part of an abuse cycle. They should still be punished for their crimes.

I wonder if she's using symbolism that means more to "them" than to us?

If “15 minute cities” were to pop up organically, I think they could be amazing. As another commenter said, the majority of people used to live this way—in a village, traveling largely by foot. Many of the costs for modern goods come from transportation, customs, taxes, etc. Take those things out of the equation and all of a sudden your local tailor can actually compete with Walmart by providing a vastly superior product.

One vein of advice on here for fighting the NWO is to go local. Buy from your local butcher and so on and so forth. I see 15 minute cities as an attempt to co-opt this sentiment. I don’t trust it when it is handed down from on high. But the idea itself is sound, if it arises from people who are free.

Yes. Gamergate pre-dates Q by several years.

Pretty sure a few people doing it weren't "in on it", but yeah I agree it looks mostly staged.

I watched it a few times. I see a lot of "organic" versions of it in the crowd. Some seem self-aware and are intentionally relaxing their "salute" and/or their arms are getting tired. Some are holding up both hands, some are holding up an open hand without pointing up.

Sounds like you're cooling off, fren, which is good. Just remember to take a step back from the keyboard when the words of internet strangers start getting to you. I say that as someone who has been "triggered" plenty of times over the years.

It's hard to tell friend from foe on the internet, which can make extended time in this space very taxing. Keep up the awesome posts, I know you have it in you.

It does follow the "glowie setup / media punchline" pattern we've seen countless times.

Also, like it or not, people will quickly imitate others in a crowd -- it's an innate quality of being in a crowd (mentally as well as physically) -- so it wouldn't take many instigators to get it going.

Real or not, I think we can do better as far as salutes go.
