My enemies are partying
Door to door jabs in LA? Haven't heard anything about this.
Totally. My guess is 99% of servers will be fine in the end because it's an easy upgrade
Excluding a dep isn't hard by itself, but that makes it easy for it to slip by.
Theoretically, yes, but things like this take time to fully take advantage of. Also, threats of this caliber tend to evoke a quick response from tech teams.
My team is scrambling to fix this right now on our servers. This vulnerability is particularly nasty because even if you don't use Log4J directly, it often shows up as a transitive dependency so you have to update everything. Java has 20% "marketshare" and web servers probably use it at an even greater rate. So this leaves up to 50% of Internet servers with a major vulnerability.
Hard disagree. THEY are following US. I don't suddenly love Nicki Minaj now. I do enjoy watching her pour fuel onto the raging fire though.
Facebook almost by definition has to have world class networking infrastructure. IMO this eliminates all possibilities of "accidents" on their part -- DNS is too fundamental and routine. It had to have been an attack of some kind.
Pepe was originally a webcomic character. 4chan took a liking to him and started using him as a memetic everyman.
They've been treated like saints for far too long. How many of them forget the human in their patients, merely clocking in and out with no regard for the outcome?
I highly recommend watching the UK show if you can get your hands on it. Be warned--it has some NSFL violence. Not for the faint of heart. It's chock full of redpills though. And dark humor, if that's your thing.
The US version is so bad it's almost a parody.
Hate YouTube or not, it's a world class website when it comes to scale and service up time. For it to even blip is notable.
Error 429: Too many requests. Commonly returned when a web server is overwhelmed, or a specific IP or user is sending too many requests in a given time period and is being deliberately gated.
You might be using a VPN with too many requests from the same node. Or maybe YT is actually getting rekt.
Who knows when they actually started dev, or how many features it has, or how much scale they're preparing for.
I could spin up a rudimentary reddit clone in a week. But implementing the full feature set of Facebook would take closer to a year.
billboards would have to be quicker to read, something closer to this https://media.greatawakening.win/post/9tYIXuM0.png
As if they weren't already voting
He's got pocket change compared to the Red Shield.
It's wild how perceptive kids can be. He's clearly receiving conflicting info from different sources that he doesn't know how to reconcile. I'm not a parent so I don't really have advice on how to talk to him. But he seems sharp, he just doesn't want to deal with the madness of the real world. I know I sure don't.

Anyone got an idea about the "sparrow"?
