Secure-It gun safes! They are affordable and light weight (for a safe). You bolt it to the floor or studs in the wall to make up for lack of weight. Big, heavy safes are literally frauds. The gauge of steel is the same for almost all of them and any can be defeated by a cheap angle grinder and 20 minutes of time. So why buy a 1,000 pound safe that costs thousands of dollars and requires heavy equipment and crews of dudes to install; a thief will just cut a hole in it...so much for all that weight! Just buy a steel box, bolt it to the floor and get virtually the same security for WAAAY less money - that's what Secure-It safes are Plus you can take it with you if you move.
