Yes. But I think when Q said POTUS was insulated, it could have been referencing a singular event.
If this plan has had to adapt on the fly a little bit, it could be that Trump is also insulated in a cell from the insinuation that he's had something to do with any military happenings. It could be that in this case, future direction could mean many firsts, like the unprecedented apprehension of politicians. Trump is not dirty, no ties to any criminal organizations, so the normies wouldn't think that Trump has the power to orchestrate anything from a cell, or would have anything to do with military tribunals or the presented evidence.

The only feeling of dread I have ever really had came when I was fighting a fire when I was in the Navy. We couldn't save the guy, not to draw the story out. When we were in the midst of the whole thing, for a brief moment I got a feeling in the pit of my stomach, a dull and throbbing ache, as I realized that if we didn't get control of the beast then it would get control of us, and we would die. The fire made this screeching, sucking sound, it had a mind of its own. Now today, I got that feeling again, in the morning, and I wasn't even fighting a fire [that was 40 years ago]. I just started thinking about the country, the people, and how far we have fallen. That ache came back. I don't like that feeling. I can only hope that some higher power is watching, protecting President Trump, and that we can all live to see a New Republic with him at the helm.
