Velocity defeats armor. Sub sonic is necessarily low velocity. Ive never heard of low velocity armor piercing rounds.

And rifles that are not designed as "takedown" rifles will badly lose their zero upon being reassembled. The company i work for has spent $10,000 to replace broken store front glass in the last 4 years. They piss and shit all over the place - it's not only a health hazard its expensive to clean up. They've caused TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars worth of damage from vehicle break-ins and stolen property in our parking lot over 4 years. They go through the dumpsters, throwing hundreds of pounds of trash into the parking lot and I have to clean it up. Its awful. Years ago I had an older vehicle that ran great with low miles. It got broken into constantly though. They kept jamming stuff into the ignition and smashing up the steering column. Pulled what i could from junkyards to repair the column but eventually could not find parts anymore. My car was basically totaled from break-ins.
