Turmeric cured inflammation from reactive arthritis of 13 years within days. (recipe for golden milk specifically) I'm mad I didn't trust homeopathic l/herbal medicine sooner.

Also mill your own flour and make your own carbs. Fixed my digestive issues I have had since I was a kid. I did everything.... Nothing like real fiber with bran and germ in tact. Also my allergies don't bother me, no more post nasal drip.

Your gut is your second brain... IMO.

I ditched store peanut butter and my weird burning sensation in my legs went away. Probably from same issue from 13 years ago. (check my comment history in what I did) or maybe it's the food.

Similar story. My coworker went in sick with Covid? when it all first happened and the doctors and nurses at the hospital told her she should die for refusing the shot. My friend already was sick with autoimmune issues and didn't want to take it. She lived.. But will never forget how hateful the staff was.

Side note, her dad took the shot and has had 6 open heart surgeries since. He had heart issues before the shot but was stable until he took it.

Should be a mandatory watch for everyone in corporate America. I watch it yearly.

Bought a few years ago when market was overpriced for housing so our dwelling is 650k. (I didn't pay that)

They had my personal property at 400k limit.

I paid 1900 last year.

So I asked to lower my dwelling. If I had to rebuild, I'd rebuild smaller not a "like" house. I definitely do not own 400k in personal belongings in my house. I have cheap ikea furniture and nothing of value and could easily replace furniture and clothes for 50k.

I put in the request for changes so we will see what my agent says. 🀷 🀞

I think people deserve to hear the "other" side, unedited, unscripted etc. If only my Inlaws would watch it.... 😏

I was looking into essential oils for woman hormones and saw some actually enhance testosterone for men. I felt better after 3 days of being on the superwoman blend. I don't have raging crazy mood swings or irritability during "that" time... Or actually ever.

Thyme, sandalwood, rosemary, Clary sage, look them up and compare notes.. Put drops in a roller bottle with coconut oil and give it a week. There are tons of recipes on pinterest.

I didn't used to believe in essential oils...and would make fun of women like me... But I'm a huge believer now. 😬

I had pain in all my joints for 13 years after Gardisil Vax. I started drinking golden milk two years ago and the inflammation was gone.. Hasn't come back either. . So simple... I was so upset I didn't find turmeric sooner.

One of my greatest regrets is giving in to the career woman mind set and not starting a family younger. Now I had a kid late in life and won't have siblings.

Huberman podcast says EPA (fish oil) has shown to be really good at treating depression. Almost as good as Prozac etc. May want to try something to help the brain. Look into the podcast, he has all sorts of tools for mental health help, including light therapy as you mentioned below. Good luck. πŸ™

Dry roasted, raw peanuts? I cut out peanut butter in September and I think a lot of inflammation is better. I think it's the oils they are using.

I know this isn't your dad's exact diagnosis... However I lost my mom to MRSA staph infection 14 years ago.

In my digging of herbal remedies, because I never want to lose anyone else... I found Oregano oil is very potent to MRSA and just in general to infections.

Bactericidal Property of Oregano Oil Against Multidrug-Resistant Clinical Isolates https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6182053/

I'm not going to pretend I understand all of it but it seems to sound promising for infections.

" Development of non-antibiotic alternatives to treat infections caused by multidrug-resistant (MDR) microbes represents one of the top priorities in healthcare and community settings, especially in the care of combat trauma-associated wound infections. Here, we investigate efficacy of oregano oil against pathogenic bacteria including MDR isolates from the combat casualties in vitro and in a mouse burn model. Oregano oil showed a significant anti-bacterial activity against 11 MDR clinical isolates including four Acinetobacter baumannii, three Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and four methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) obtained from combat casualties and two luminescent strains of PA01 and MRSA USA300, with a MIC ranging from 0.08 mg/ml to 0.64 mg/ml. Oregano oil also effectively eradicated biofilms formed by each of the 13 pathogens above at similar MICs. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) revealed that oregano oil damaged bacterial cells and altered the morphology of their biofilms. While efficiently inactivating bacteria, there was no evidence of resistance development after up to 20 consecutive passages of representative bacterial strains in the presence of sublethal doses of oregano oil. "

Good luck. πŸ™

Someone told me about this story where a dad got polio after changes his daughters diaper.

I stopped shampooing. It was rough for a few weeks until the scalp readjusted. I just use conditioner daily and baking soda/ACV rinse every few weeks to clean my hair. My husband's hair was thinning and he stopped shampooing as well and his hair seems thicker.

I stopped using soap since finding out they can be endocrine disruptors. I shower with ACV. Zep spray bottle with pure ACV with mother, spray and rinse. For the private parts, I use baby soap.

Deodorant, I make myself, https://mommypotamus.com/easy-homemade-deodorant/

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons baking soda (If this feels like too much after trying it, decrease by a tablespoon and increase the arrowroot powder by one tablespoon)

5 tablespoons arrowroot powder or non-GMO cornstarch

6 tablespoons shea butter

30-60 drops essential oil (Optional – tea tree oil, frankincense, lavender and patchouli are good choices. If you prefer an unscented option skip the essential oils.)

Anti-aging serums I use essential oils (frankincense and Lavender) with vitamin E and Jojoba and Rosehip oils. My skin glows.

I make my own laundry soap too. Recipe from Our oily house.com.

Since curing my inflammation of 13 years from the Gardisil vaccine, I went straight crunchy.

Do you have sensitive teeth? I can't seem to use this unless my baking soda ratios are off and my teeth hurt pretty bad.

Every "fluoride free" has titanium dioxide and Huberman said something about titanium dioxide crosses the blood brain barrier with sunscreen. So I can't imagine using a toothpaste with it.

I was wondering the same. I would hope Tucker would have vetted him. I need to see if this was the same guy who was on Rogan.

Someone on here shared this guy's (Kevin Hennnings) story on Jim Breuers podcast the other day. It was extremely informative and emotional. He started a FB page and posted the protocol he followed (below). I believe in the video he said he went from being sent home to die to cancer free in 14 weeks.

If she can breastfeed for at least 6 months it gives the twins extra gut boost. It's not easy but I kept getting support from the hospital until it became natural. It is super important too!! Congratulations!!

Just say no. I had two different people I know whose kids had brain cancer. One at 4 and one at 11. The 4 year old died and 11 year old made it. What vax do they get at 4?

Both born in same city in the same year. Maybe they had a bad lot of a Vax. Idk... Too coincidental for me.

I know a speech pathologist who spaced out both her daughters Vax and the second one had a huge reaction in her arm at 4 year old visit. It welted. The doc wouldn't even come back in the room to examine the reaction. She was livid and left... filed vares but the daughter has neurological tics and stomach issues. She regrets every bit of it. She homeschooled and not sure why she did it anyway.

Too many scary stories.

Maybe a good middle ground... Someone told me about this book... Has all stats in it. Read reviews too for more stories..

Interesting. I was injured by Gardisil as well. What were your symptoms and how did you turn to Carnivore?

I healed mine with better diet and golden milk. Now I mill my own flour and make my own bread to heal gut damage from too many antibiotics as a kid. I just eliminated store peanut butter for September and I am not having to netipot 3-4x a day.
