GM claims she was unfairly prosecuted and has appealed her conviction to the SCOTUS. I doubt she would spill the beans before Congress because that would show her guilt as well and jeopardize her appeal.
Where/when did she claim this? What is the source? I just spent a solid hour looking for anything official she's said since she's been arrested and there is zero evidence she has spoken to anyone anywhere about any of this - which was part of her parole agreement.

I have to wonder: "Testify to what?" It is an old adage of legal testimony not to ask a question you don't already know the answer to. This looks to me like Congress getting set to open Pandora's Box. Shall we call this "Epstein Roulette"? Nobody knows how many chambers are in the revolver. Nobody knows which ones are loaded.
The article says she is willing to testify and it also says Congress has NOT asked her to testify. They are not going to ask her to expose them for sure!
