I've started up making my own bread and using on Italian wheat flour and NOT US bleached white, and I will tell you first hand that the bread tastes so much better, and second, zero and I mean zero bloat. It's highly digestible, and the difference is unreal. I totally stopped eating bread products and just eat the bread I make along with not eating refined sugar and just those changes I started dropping weight on that alone. Get a bread maker and start making your own bread, it's simple, and the only ingredients are (Italian) 00 flour, water, yeast, a tiny bit of sugar needed to bloom the yeast, salt, good olive oil. Bread, like bread should be.
And you really don’t need a bread machine. Many easy ways to make excellent bread without one. And there are American companies that make “heritage” flours, which are similar to the Italian, non gmo, ancient grains, organic… similar to the Italian flour, and taste excellent.

Lunch was a variation of Lean Cuisines, salads with low-fat dressings, dinners were starch-based with chicken or fish cooked in Canola oil. I looked at her like she was crazy, and did not end up following her advice. I took my glucose test every 4 hours for about a week with my numbers all in the normal range eating the same diet as before. I concluded that the glucola effed me up somehow and that the industry is a racket. This was a big eye-opener for me that the medical industry is a joke. Oh, and the "mammoth" baby that they thought I would end up having was perfect at 6 lbs, 19 inches.
I think learning about health and nutrition was what initially woke me up. Do you think this "nutritionist" actually believed their own advice? I can't imagine being that uninformed when it is literally your job. I'm glad to hear that you had a functioning brain though, and didn't get bullied into becoming a long term money maker for the medical community.

It’s the glyphosate poisoning. I did a self experiment with American beer and European beer cause German malt is glyphosate free. I did not bloat much at all after the European beer. American beer I bloated and was gassy.
No idea where you are located but European imports don’t have glyphosate cause it’s banned in Europe.
Paulaner, Weinshapheinn, Hofbrau Haus and Ayinger are good. I butchered the spelling on some of those but you should be able to find them at Total Wine & More, Bev Mo and potentially a local liquor store or bottle shop.
Blend in a nutri bullet or any blender, but use fresh. though the flax meal will keep in the fridge, results are not as good as using fresh ground seeds.

Those of us who eat organic used to call ourselves woke, funny huh? Use us up and get rid of us after our labor is no longer needed. Get off the machine, clean your body of all of it, when your body is clean, the brain fog lifts, and it's harder to fool and lull you into their plans.

One piece of wheat bread and I was sick with stabbing stomach pains for at least 2 days. I’m mainly doing Dr. Gundry’s gluten- and lectin-free diet. With very little cheating, enforced by the painful consequences. I do miss those homemade biscuits from the Mennonite lady at our local farmer’s market. The good news is I feel better and have lost 15 pounds.

Is King Arthur non bleached all purpose flour a good choice? I make incredible sourdough with it and it's easy to find at Smart and Final.
