Writing connects the brain, eye, hand learning gates... there are studies on how important this is to cognitive function. Tactile experiences like turning pages, touching trees, etc. are also valuable. For kids that age, they need to understand how they are being addicted, via dopamine hits, to social media.... how that works.... and how to step outside of their emotions and feelings to objectively evaluate their situation. They need to learn how beliefs are formed, and how to change them. Belief change is the poverty breaker.

German New Medicine is interesting. Its general theory is that all physical ailments are rooted in emotional trauma. When the trauma is addressed and passes, our body goes through a releasing process.... often transient cancer appears during this phase but will go. However if diagnosed, the trauma of the news and the ensuing treatments are a double whammy. It's been a long time since I read about it so I hope I'm saying it correctly; but worth at least looking into and thinking through what's happened in your life recently. Praying you'll be healed. I believe in our Great Physician.
There is a really good youtube channel: Michelle Nieves coaching. Also Dr. Ramani. However be aware that the recurring theme is to run and not look back. I'd advise that we are to be shrewd, but not without grace. Interestingly, many people exhibit these traits from time to time... many haven't dealt with their childhood traumas. Patrick Teahan's channel is really good for that area. God be with you.

You don't have to be religious to have a relationship with Jesus our savior. It can be just between you and Him. If you have to pick between Christ and a church, always choose Christ. When you do that, and dig into the Word, you'll find out YOU are the church.... WE are the church.

I'm going to say this loud and clear, those of us who truly know God need to be speaking up and proclaiming from the rooftops that our identity and hope is in Jesus Christ, and the unique design and gifting God put into each one of us. We've let cultural pagan monsters persuade people that their identity is in their crotch.
These politicians have NO CONCEPT of how these things look to people struggling. The resentment and memory of them living it up does not leave.
