Not to be "that guy," but there are two or three countries (depending on the route) between France and Ukraine, so let's see where this convoy ends up. The most likely route is through Germany to Poland. They'll head for Lublin, and then from there head to Lviv, Ukraine. I think Lviv is the main staging area for weapons from the West.

The process can be automated in order to save time. The problem is knowing what the ¨key¨ is. In the example given, the first letter of each post is the key, but if you don´t already know that, then you have to guess, and guessing can take time.
The next problem is validation. In other words, how do you know that you got the key right and were able to extract the correct message? How do you that was the only key and message? If multiple keys and messages, how do you know which one is the correct one?
