We go to Lexington occasionally as there is this place that offers a healing room, where you sit in silence and are immersed in certain frequencies. The last time I was there, it was weird. Took about four hours. Slipped into a deep sleep, during which time I imagined I was sitting in a great cathedral playing Bach's Organ Concerto in D Minor on a massive pipe organ. Made it all the way through the piece, note by note. Felt great afterward, like a giant weight had been lifted.

Yeah, I'll tell you what, after my first marriage to an apostate of the devil, I was ready to just live the rest of my life alone. Didn't want the hassle, didn't want the pain. Then, I met this gal at a gym and the rest is history :)

Found out I have to have a cancer removed from my scalp, in about 3 weeks. The wife has already told me she is not going to let me die. The arsenic she puts in my Scotch is harder to detect 😀

May God have mercy on his soul when people find out what he did to that little black kid...

Five scariest words in the US Navy: "Fire on the flight deck."

As if my fellow Brothers weren't screwed over enough when they got out, here's this:

What they don't realize is that sometimes it takes a while for symptoms to manifest themselves. I've been out for 37 years and there are still some things going on, but going to the VA is a chore. I had to take my older brother there before he died, as he served in Vietnam and it really fucked him up. Guys sitting around in chairs, with thousand-yard stares, waiting to see some petty bureaucrat to get their claim fulfilled. Whatever. I would have greater success teaching my little Chihuahuas calculus than having to explain this to people.

Great point. It's getting old pretty quick, and a lot of it is bullshit.

As always, these are much appreciated, Fester. We all need a good laugh these days, every day.

Wondering if this could apply to JFK Jr.

Other than attending church regularly, I qualify for all the others. Yippee! 😁

Reminds me of a line from a great song from the 80's: "The more you live the faster you will die. Alles Klar, Herr Kommissar?"

Agreed. He was the most misunderstood president in history. I actually admired the guy. Oh well, I guess that puts me in the minority.

Understatement of the century right there.

And this will continue unabated until people have simply had enough. Apparently we as a society haven't had enough yet.

It still amazes me that so many people fell for her bullshit, whether she was promoted or not.

I never understood the tattoo thing. My son has one that goes down the entire length of his arm [he's a senior chief in the Navy] and his lady friend has some on her arms too. To each his own, I guess, I never got one although I did think about it when I was in. I guess it's just a sign of personal independence, but I just don't think it looks good.
