The theory that chills me the most is the Matrix storyline. How the Matrix purposely created Neo to identify the humans who were immune to their conditioning, gather them all up in a movement, so they could irradiate them cycle after cycle until every human remaining is a passive follower. Sure, it's possible. But at this point, there's no choice anyway left, either fight (ideally mentally) for what is right or let the world burn

I once worked for a small startup and we were launching a new product and they got someone from the press to interview me about it. Naive me thought she was legit interviewing me. She just told me to write some ad copy and she'd check it for grammar. All news is simply advertising
It's pretty clever really. First they know their crimes are so complex and decentralized its hard to bring a single person to account. Implicating others together is indeed reasonable but sometimes even a singular criminal only gets caught because of a vague loose end, imagine dozens of vague loose ends? Even trying to put those together make you look nuts.
Thing is, you're actually really smart. You get it. And others like you get it too. Baddies also get it. But the idiots?
The idiots are the majority. They don't get it. They would get it if they're told to get it, but unfortunately they don't see patterns like us so when we're weaving our tapestry before them it's very easy for "them" to giggle and point and laugh at us. Suddenly the universal peer pressure kicks in and the idiots have no other choice but to point and laugh too.
Democracy is a horrid thing. Rule by the smart is the only way.
That's sort of how I took his comment. The MSM is so left/right but in reality we/he hates both sides as they're all hypocrites. I don't know if I'm right or left because in reality it's not like either philosophy is ever faithfully implemented. In reality we have evil people tricking us and sucking our lifeblood dry
We could, but 30% have to be irredeemable. The other 70% might be playing the game they have to play to survive and when they find out that justice is real, they're smart enough to sing a new song.
The whole idea of our justice system is not eternal punishment, but rehabilitation.
There's also devils you know. If we are merciful to the 70% then we own them, but if we replace them all then we're rolling the dice all over again.
I'm starting to think that it's true that this whole thing is a trial in the court of public opinion because the actual courts are so bought and blackmailed its impossible to win there.
Hence the "they won't be able to walk down the street".
