It's a stupid distraction. These EBS tests happen fairly frequently, it's not a big deal. Also 5G has been in use in many parts of the country for years already so why are just now people suddenly supposed to turn into zombies especially when the uptake of the jabs fell off a cliff after the first booster. Also pay attention to how it's being pushed by the Charlie Ward and co Paytriot type misinfluencers.

Here is a thought. Yes, EBS are not uncommon. However, this one will be nationwide with all carriers and will involve other smart devices. IMO they are testing the system on a large scale. This has not been done before. Previous testing involved a particular carrier and were of more localized distribution. With a test like this there is a capability to flash count devices and flash triangulate - or something similar. That is what I think they are doing, all in preparation for more centralized capabilities. I am still keeping my devices off on the 4th and the 11th. I will not participate in whatever the hell they are doing.
I could swear they've done this nationwide thing a few times already. I've been hearing about it for a few years now. Anyhow your device is never truly off if you can't remove the battery.

Best thing you can do for solid signal is airplane mode on for 30 seconds or reboot your phone. There's different QoS built into cell sites for voice, data, streaming, and sms. When you attach to a cell site you get assigned an IPv6 address, and if you don't get a new address throughout the day while you've been moving around, the IP becomes stale in the network and drops to a lower QoS.

As I said to a couple of replies, myself and my entire family never got that alert. In fact, I have never received an EBS alert on any of my devices. So I really don't know what to say.

I think the best evidence of this is that around 100 years ago, the world's population was less than 2 Billion. Today, the world's population is almost 8 billion. Obviously, the efforts to reduce the population by the "slow boiling frogs" method is not effective in the least.
Hence why I believe the fear over world depopulation is a bit overblown while the fact that the majority of the population are wage slaves isn't being explored deeply enough.

They did the same thing in 2011. It was a shitshow because the network was primarily built with station to station relays. The newer system is actually far easier to implement because broadcast features are always required to make any cellular system function and EAS delivery happens through IPAWS now.
IPAWS is essentially just an FTP server where providers log in and check for any active alerts. Finding one, it downloads it, then broadcasts it. They're essentially testing onboarding a bunch of new providers who otherwise don't receive messages.
Radio stations have been using IPAWS for years now and it works fine. They know full well this will work fine. There's no real reason to do it.
