I've been thinking the latter, with varying levels of confidence over the past year.
I can't say I've referenced 'the Plan' or 'Rules for Radicals', but I have to imagine one of their goals would be to drive a wedge between Citizen Patriots and the Armed Services, natural first allies against their insurrection. They controlled surface level optics (media) and some puppets with leashes^, not hard to imagine the 'shift' was all attempted manipulation. [* I'm of the opinion the Cabal had their hands in some puppets, but those puppets had 'belts' that could be tightened such that the hand was not so easily slipped out and away when caught.]
Imagine the alternative to us 'standing by, and standing ready'...where some militias had gone hot against some contrived target(s), perfect formula for Nat. Guard to come into that area...total media white-wash and soon enough you have two sides viewing each other as mortal enemies, and we're neutralizing ourselves.
Between Q, Trump, and people blessed with bullshit-piercing vision it seems the 'stand by' is working and holding that tactic at bay...the question is how long patience and faith holds, or needs to be held.
This is my argument for those itching to go 'hot' and the constant struggle some have with 'just trusting the plan.'
Or if you prescribe to the whole of 'we're watching a movie' (this all played out years ago and is being rolled into human consciousness in a more PG-13 rating) the stand-down is really just, 'hey, you weren't thinking of going up to the screen and punching the motion-picture, we're you?...please sit back down in your seat.'

In the early months of 2020 there was a report/video that the three? sequence segments they were using to test (pcr) were common segments of a human chromosome and finding them signified nothing at all...haven't been able to track it down again.

Lower values, still some toxicity and reproductive health concern...fits with the Horse paste SDS though, as that clearly shows half of it's 'toxicity' is from Proprietary Ingredients 1-3 (overall acute tox.=4, ivermectin ingredient=2 on that sheet).

I think it's the law and apparatus (think tool) that people mean when saying the military is the only way.

Had to do a bit of work in a house today and the owner asked if I would wear a mask... Yea, sorry to get you riled up (not sorry actually, good to see that in response :p) I worded that poorly...was trying to use that as the other extreme end of the spectrum to note I've been that side of 'center'.
I've never held any denomination or been a member of a church. My faith and relationship with God has been personal, salvation of others being something unsaid. Which makes sense in retrospect...it's none of my business, and often times trying to intercede has the opposite effect one intends.

Slightly tangential, but this triggered a curiosity...are there any tax implications for court settlements/payouts?
My experience said no (never heard anyone complaining about it, like lottery tax for example) and turns out that's true for the most part...looks like there's a bit of grey area, which I imagine is cases like lost pay reimbursements.

Maybe just stumbled upon the key to all of this...I used to be hard-set against 'everyone can be saved through Christ', prescribing more along the lines of 144,000 get saved. Could this be the underlying reason for Christ's incarnation? God realized tough love made it worse and the 'safety net' had extended for them to feel like they could move forward? Obviously they've proven to be the toughest of students, still reluctant to humble themselves, still rebellious against those who 'deserve' to be saved instead of learning a emulating.

From a mile-high view it seems pretty clear that conservatives, people who actually work, those with a relationship with God have consistently maintained their focus on actions.
Progressives (often called liberals because most once were...kind of analogous to real Jews and the 'Synagogue of Satan') seem to clearly be the ones most taken in by the false reality. Their inconsistency throughout history, their general aversion to carrying their own weight, and their lack of a relationship with God can't be purely coincidental in this context, can it?
Might be psychologically analogous to the drowning mice post a week or so ago. Those who feel they have a net to catch them will push on (even beyond treading water), those with no foundation to stand on let themselves go...yet can't commit either way so end up clinging onto the coattails of those who float, whilst trying to deny their predicament via forcing everyone down to their level. Apparently not realizing that their 'level' is supported by those they target and it's lowering will drop them even further.
My proof isn't physical, but I certainly hope there's a physical connection (e-mails) connecting the dots for investigators.

There are certainly some parallels there, the presidency could be a fractal/'as above, so below' manifestation of that transition noted in Revelation. I had imagined the witnesses quite differently and never considered them in control/power...just the most rare, unbiased, incorruptible souls picked as independent 'judges', immune to the pull from either 'side of the force'. Your take certainly gives me something to think further on, thanks...now on with the ramble.
The way I see it, the truth is like a light split through a prism from a human perspective...passing through some irregular medium that can make some colors shift and effectively become dead-ends when traced back the the source. Doesn't make them any less true (especially to the experiencer), it's just impossible to convince the majority because you've only been able to explore/show a part of the way.
Pretty analogous to 'rabbit holes' too, you're following a string of truths but sometimes there's a dead end...if only you knew the 'offset' to dig side-ways and pick up the rest of the line.
There's only one continuous line/color that perfectly traces back to the source, and for those that haven't found it (or purposefully avoid it...it is kind of like a spoiler in the game of life) often all that can be done is keep trying by process of elimination. Vaguely...Equally interesting and freaky enough apart from that. I've often wondered if the spiritual war might present physically on this kind of scale...where we are relatively giant and the enemy as well as divine allies are parasites/bacteria/fungi/microscopic.
Certainly gives an interesting twist to 'Your body is a Temple.'
I'm certainly not an expert in any of the details beyond; zinc = alkaline, and fungi do not like a high pH (alkaline) environment.
But, I'd be lying if I claimed to have been totally (consciously) aware of the above at the time. I was just soaking my feet in a little plastic foot bath and just threw a single 50 mg zinc supplement tablet in. I guess an experiment from a logical perspective hah.
Water source is likely a bit of a variable, in my case well water that's just a touch alkaline. Not sure exactly how treated water might alter, but it's a possibility I suppose.
And so... (somewhat putting words in their mouth) to them it's just a massive coincidence that those rays of light cast right through the center of it?
Honestly just as confused with the rays and why they're seemingly their own beam at a higher intensity than surrounding sunlight.
