Gives us till September 2024 to complete the merger. Shouldn’t take that long though. DWAC recently settled an investigation with the SEC that should allow the merger to move forward “expeditiously” but the stock will liquidate on September 8th if we can’t get the extension vote.
They can extend again if they need too. Some are saying that September is a hard deadline. But the CEO Eric confirmed a couple weeks ago if they haven’t merged by then, they will pay to extend again.

This is very smart. I have 200 shares of DWAC as we speak. People don’t realize how huge this stock can be. A market cap equal to that of Twitter $40+ billion, would put each share at $1100 a pop. Considering how big and how awesome the business plan, to take on Netflix, Facebook, Disney plus, and other companies, realistically we could eventually see a market cap at least half of Facebook, around $500 billion. That would be $13k per share(obviously the stock would have split several times by this point.) Smart investors are buying every dip possible.
