11.3 was pretty much the genesis of the whole Q movement. We do not know what it means, yet. Best theories, IMO, out there tie it back to the DOD Law of War Manual (devolution).
All I see is Scavino bringing attention to Marker 1. Why? We'll see. If nothing else, he is just saying "eyes on".
Why is Scavino important? He seems to be the President's closest confidant. Many of Q's proofs were of unique and original photos that only someone very close to the President could take. Scavino was almost always by his side. In addition, Scavino drops so many Q "coinidences" that he's definitely involved or literally the worlds largest Q troll.

A lot of BS gets posted and its easy to be cynical at times. I'd argue that most the failings and let downs are within our own assumptions and interpretations. Sometimes we, as a community, get so sure of our understanding of what is going on we treat it like Q said it himself.
An example happening right now is the Law of War/devolution theory. I agree it is a strong theory and my current belief. If 11.3 turns out to have nothing to do with that, we have to blame ourselves and not feel let down by Q.

My opinion 11.3 actually was the date that the 2020 election was stolen and the "marker" to began the military op. Once the steal is fully verified and then the Military had taken over full control. BUT this post also acknowledges something else as well, the post stated 1ST marker, indicating there is more the one. So the next question and research should be looking into what the 2ND marker is? Has anyone figured this out?

I'm just in a kind of holding pattern, waiting to see what happens. I believe in the plan but do not believe I can use clues to figure it out for the simple reason that it was never intended that I could predict habbenings using clues.
