He already was claiming to be a patsy from the time he was arrested. I'm just surprised they haven't already arranged for his "accident" since he's obviously getting Oswalded.

Why are you insulting ferrets like that?

That's been very obvious from how fast we've seen Zuckerberg and Bezos trying to suck up to Trump this time around.

Carnivore - for men it’s easy they generally love meat fish eggs dairy.

Got boring for me within a week, never before had I found myself craving a salad. It seems to be a diet that only boring people who eat the same thing every day enjoy, whenever you bring up variety they jump on you for treating food as anything but fuel. In another timeline they'd be the same people happily chugging soylent instead of cooking.

Acne goes away, aches and pains disappear.

Didn't happen either, nor on keto. The only thing that fixed the pains was exercising specifically to strengthen the muscular imbalances causing the pains.

no damn vegetables that tear your gut

Sounds like you had a different underlying issue to begin with.

The process which converts fat into glucose is called ketosis

No, ketosis is breaking down fatty acids to make ketones. Creating glucose from fat (or protein) is gluconeogenesis. It's right in the names.

Close enough to what I said, it still takes time for them to switch modes and that time is longer when you've only eaten one diet for many years. After the initial adaptation you can switch between high fat and high carb diets very quickly which is the way nature intended (anyone claiming we're not supposed to eat plants or fruit keeps ignoring that half of the teeth in our mouths are clearly for that purpose and we have guts that do not even resemble that of a strict carnivore.)

Bullshit, even ketoers eat more than that on average. Also that <50g day is a guideline to dumb it down for as many people as possible, the threshold varies per individual biochemistry and activity level. I tested for myself ketones and produced them when eating as high as 100g/day and my bloodwork showed excellent insulin sensitivity.

And that's the thing, myself and everyone I know had chicken pox as a kid but before the shingles shot started being advertised I had never once heard of this disease. It was like it just came from out of nowhere that year and suddenly one adult after another was getting it.

And Briben even said it live on TV. He also claimed in one of the debates that all of us had "someone missing from the dinner table who died of the disease" and I was like "uh no, nobody in my family has died this entire year." I didn't have any deaths in the family from 2018 until 2023.

The only guy I know who went to the hospital was discharged after 2 days and recovered at home, he only went in because he had developed bacterial pneumonia (probably from the mask) and is on dialysis. He revised his entire opinion and stopped fearing the WuFlu after that experience saying "I've had worse."

And Keith is supposed to be one of the "adults in the room". The party of false decorum indeed.

Any case I've heard of someone dying with Covid it was always some 4th hand account of a friend of an acquaintances great aunt twice removed or some shit, never anyone I had ever even met, and they were already in the hospital for something else as well never someone who died at home.

What would be the point with just a few weeks left?

I'd always tell people that's an insult to circuses as those are highly coordinated. Then I learned that Congress is as "real" as professional wresting and yeah, it really is a circus.

I still remember hearing him saying "I don't know what I'm signing" as they rushed the press out of the room after setting those 40-something day 1 EOs in front of him.

No language changes for “justice-involved individuals” or “individuals experiencing homelessness”

That last one is literally happening in Illinois start of next year. I wonder if it was put in there to give a wake up call to the rest of the country about this shit since what happens in IL, CA, NY, and CO eventually they try to push countrywide.

Actually look at the numbers and it's not as insanely loaded as a soda or piece of cake, especially when you take fiber into account. They also make a lot of reduced carb breads and bagels and such now.

Also hunter gathers had to walk everywhere and carry everything themselves so it's an inaccurate comparison, their TDEE was insane compared to modern people.
