Trump appointed US Army General Gustave F. Perna as the COO of Warp Speed.
So not only did the Trump Admin apparently conceive of the operation, they put a White Hat General at the helm to oversee all practical aspects of operation including development, manufacturing, and distribution.
So even if there were Deep State agents working in Warp Speed, General Perna and his team would be insuring there was no tampering. Putting poison in the vaccine would be an obvious attack vector. Therefore, there is no doubt Perna would have had the contents of the vials double and triple-checked throughout the supply chain. In the worst case scenario of high-suspicion, batches could be commandeered and replaced with saline. No point in risking harm.
So no, the idea of White Hats losing control of the product of their own operation makes no sense.
The DOD and the US Government have tried to kill the world.

This was floating around early last year too. There is a legitimate phenomena taking place but those documents are NOT evidence of it.
What you are reading in the Pfizer doc is boilerplate. The "intervention" can be anything from pill, cream, wash, injection, etc. This language is included in all of their pharmaceutical studies by default.
It is not evidence of an admission from Pfizer on the danger of any particular intervention.
They don't need to do anything with them because they are cleaving the entire population.
The injection is the key. Gradually it will become a pre-requisite for everything: to get a drivers licence, get a credit card, go to school, get a mortgage, business license, even to enter grocery stores, etc. Hundreds of millions will be complicit and go along with this. Anyone not injected is forced by pure necessity to live completely separate from modern convenience.
Now there are two societies. The one with all the guns is economically and materially destitute. Eliminate them or not, it doesn't matter. They already have their slave class.

I will speculate on Q (the actual individuals talking to us). I always got the impression from the beginning that whoever was talking with us was not a decision maker or even had detailed Plan knowledge. This was someone in the intelligence "periphery". They are well-meaning, are military, but are far from "deep" intelligence.
I think now Q have realized that they have been compartmentalized into oblivion. That they were are cog in a bigger machine. They thought Trump was "their" man and he did align with their aim. But he also belongs to higher military intelligence group that subsumes Q. And that group is operating on super-national scale and they are not necessarily benevolent. Trump is compartmentalized in the same way so he was useful to both groups.
So, the military are in fact interested in enslavement (what they would call "modern government") but just not the totalitarian style that the Globalist Ruling Class is aiming for. So all of these counter-Globalist operations are actually just cabalistic in-fighting. Who gets to control the slave population and in what manor?
The key to the serf-class IS the injections. Who gets their nano-tech/synthetic organism in the injection? Who's 5G tech gets installed to track and modify their behaviour? Who gets to decide what demographic is killed/sterilized, etc? This is the struggle. And Q was unwittingly instrumental in this struggle because they were responsible for clearing out puppets that will no longer useful to the higher group in this next phase.
As you know, Q warned specifically about vaccines. Q has talked specifically about crimes against humanity. So what do you think Q's position is on an unnecessary untested gene-therapy vaccine that is already killing and maiming millions?
