I have had GERD for 20 years. I first went the H2 blocker and PPI route. Now I just follow certain rules. No big meals after 4pm. A snack of some nuts or an apple is OK around 5-6pm.
But this is the most important: sleeping on a wedge. Don't raise the head of your bed with blocks or bricks. It's too sketchy, especially if you have pets. Buy two foam wedges, and stagger them with some folded blankets, etc., to support your pillow. When you get it all put together, your head should be about 8-10 inches higher than your legs. It takes a little getting used to sleeping this way, but now I prefer it to laying flat.
I was a professional singer before the silent GERD took my voice away. These steps still didn't restore my voice, but they keep the worst of the condition at bay. As long as you're disciplined about the eating changes, you'll be good.
The suggestions others have posted about food intolerances, coffee, etc., are good too. Another thing you may want to look at is sugar.
My wife and I vacationed once on the island of PR, and I fully agree with what the comedian said. We put on over 1,000 miles on the rental car, and completely drove around the entire island. I have never seen so much trash everywhere. It was systemic...hanging in the trees around the fort, washed up on the shores and caught between the rocks, ditches along the sides of the roads full of it, and paper and plastic trash blowing in the wind in open areas just about everywhere you looked.
This single aspect told me a lot about the people who live there, their work ethic, and pride. I was not impressed to say the least.
I remember when he was campaigning in 2015, he said that the market was in the biggest bubble he's ever seen. Well, except for a little blip during covid, we've only gone straight up since then. When he was president, he switched to saying that the markets were great because of his economic policies.

The woman said in the press release that only a percentage of the 2,500 registration forms were fraudulent. This is small potatoes, and meant to keep us from investigating/uncovering the fraud that accounts for hundreds of thousands or millions of votes. That's what I meant when I said "small change."

If you adjusted that chart for age/demographics, you'd notice some very interesting trends. Older folks, who grew up with Huntley/Brinkley in the 1960s, trust the TV as truth. And, of course, libs trust the MSM because it feeds them what they want to hear.
I specifically check the Gulf surface temperatures, and during Helene and Milton they were normal for this time of year. In fact, there was/is a zone along the northern and northeastern Gulf with slightly cooler temps.
This single interview may or may not be authentic (although if it were a fraud, I would imagine there would have been lawsuits), but I can provide many similar interviews saying essentially the same thing. They are not ashamed to hide.
I'll tell you what's truly astonishing to me. I've been haunting this message board for a little over three years, and in that time, there have been many such presentations of evidence such as this, including this very interview. Yet, still there are members of GAW who refuse to accept this, preferring to shelter themselves within what their church leaders have pounded into their heads, or the holohoax lies drilled into children in schools and from Hollywood.
I admit for many years I didn't question this myself, but I approach life with an open mind, and through the nuggets presented here and elsewhere, I've discovered for myself what the real truth is...and the depth of the lies.
I sincerely hope we're approaching a tipping point, when the general public will awaken to the evil that's been crushing the world -- especially since WWI, but obviously for centuries.

This is the first I've heard of this. Utter stupidity, and what really galls me is that the people doing it know it's a farce, too.
This underscores a much, much bigger problem here in this country. We, as citizens, never get to vote on really important issues. No one voted for illegal immigration, no one voted for thousands of acres of solar installations, or miles of wind farms. Our "representatives" don't represent us, and/or are too stupid themselves to understand fully what they're voting for.
In the cases of large infrastructure being put on private property, the argument is made that the owner of the property can do whatever they wish with that property. Not so, I say. Not when the infrastructure negatively impacts those around it. I've driven through the wind farms in northern Texas, for example. No one talks about how those turbines change weather patterns. That's farmland, and ranchland. Under certain weather conditions, it brings a heavy cloud layer to the ground, not to mention the fact that it's a massive eyesore.
Here in Florida there was a large solar installation hit by a tornado when Milton blew through, shattering thousands of panels into shards of glass and silicon wafers. Imagine those projectiles flying in the air...
I've lost track of the number of times folks on this message board post outlandish stuff, and all it takes me is a simple search to debunk it. People are always in a rush to post something before anyone else, like there's a prize or something, or status in being "in the know."
This is exactly how we get discredited.
I don't know...it sounds good, but I'm not convinced that regulation is a significant portion of the inflation we've seen. Greed has now been baked into Wall Street, in such a way that the inflated prices are now supporting a hugely overvalued stock market. People still need to purchase necessities, and have cut other parts of their budgets to continue to pay for overinflated mandatory goods.
The number one enemy is the Fed, which has made it possible for hedge funds and commercial entities to margin their equity gambles.
