I know what you mean, but I think the ice is breaking, and eventually, those 4-6% are going to be sitting on ice flows.

Seriously, if you take the 9B people on the planet number, 4% is 360M - more than the US population. Not everyone is on social media, and many that are getting their TDS freak on tend to be Very Online TM. Plus you have the bots, so the number appears larger than it really is - demoralizing tactic.

My $0.02 FWIW.

Exactly. I don't think she realizes yet she is going to have days when she is furious not just with 'that young man' but with CK - when the kids are misbehaving, or having nightmares - why did you have to go to that stupid campus? Why didn't you protect yourself better? Why did you have to leave us? WHY?

Like you said. the desire may be there but she isn't even out of the starting blocks.

First, I am sorry for your loss. When my FIL died, my MIL was rather stoic. It was not unexpected, but she had been with him for 50 years. She said to me later that it didn't seem real, but 6 months later was when it really set in. After everyone else has "moved on," I suspect something similar will happen to Erika Kirk.

There is something I can't quite put my finger on though. I watched her speak about forgiveness. I don't think she has though. She is saying one thing but she has a lot of anger in her expressions - and rightfully so. I am not saying she is lying on purpose, but I think she may be lying to herself. And maybe she has to at this point to get through it. But I suspect she will have days where she thinks very differently.

I realize this might be my own shortcomings. And I feel like an asshole for even thinking about it. But something is just off. Maybe it is a result of just being exhausted by constant manipulation.

I honestly do not understand this obsession with recording every thought that comes to mind and then posting it.

A friend of mine developed ALS in 2008. When he finally told everyone (email to our friend group because it was hard to tell individually), he mentioned that he had had all of his fillings replaced because of the metal issues and the possibility that it was contributingto the disease progression. This was almost 18 years ago and this was considered controversial, but I distinctly remember him writing about how desperate times called for desperate measures. But looking back, did they know/suspect then? Looks like it...

(I had a tooth where I asked the doctor about why it felt weird and she said it was cracked. I asked what caused it and she just said "old". I had to laugh.)

The whole Kimmel thing was somewhat if a blessing in disguise for ABC. The show's ratings had been tanking for awhile. It gave ABC coverage to dump a show that was losing them money and attempt to look morale at the same time. Not saying the latter half worked, but from a business perspective it worked out well for them.

Ah man, I know what he means by that looks into eternity. I was in the room when my FIL passed. You really do see the soul leave the eyes. Hard to explain. 😢

So much for fiduciary duty...

Amazing speech.

(The story of what his kids had to put up with at Disneyland. Some people don't think karma applies to them. Man it is going to take a big bite out of the fat asses of these horrible people.)

There is a woman named "Lauren the Mortician," who I caught on YouTube, maybe a couple of months ago. I think she was raised in "the family business," and her intent is to educate. Mildly amusing, but informative (and she has the cutesr damn pug). Video came up in my feed last night about Charlie Kirk. MSM even picked up a story about it. Basically that he died instantly at the scene

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/crime/tiktok-mortician-shuts-down-baseless-rumors-surrounding-charlie-kirk-s-death/ar-AA1Mn5HJ

What they didn’t mention in the story was her thoughts on the story of him being shot from 200 yards. She admits 'tin foil' but the shot is so precise, she basically says BS. Interesting.

Video about 8 minutes:

More and more, I believe this was meant to mass traumatize their age group and it is no mistake it happened the day before 9/11. The problem for the beasts was that 9/11 was history for them - they had to bring them into the fold.

Ditto mine. It would be one thing if I saw something was being done with it, other than just lining pockets with hands out saying "gimme more." Besides, what risk is the government participating in? They want all the upside of gain, but none of the downside of risk.

I didn't really follow him, but I feel such a heavy sadness right now.

There is more to this - my initial reaction is I think the intent is to radically change the narrative from WIC. Interesting that 9/11 is tomorrow. Did the fucking bastards decide for shits and giggles to have an anniversary mass trauma event on the population? Or was it for a new generation who doesn't remember it, just so they will surrender more rights (and given where it happened, very plausible)? Or do we just want to change the subject from the public paying attention to little things like Fauci coaching people to delete CV emails? Cue the gun control chorus...But guess what MFs? NCSWIC!!!

(Rage under the sadness- you fucking killed a guy and now his wife and kids get to have video of it for the rest of their lives...all because it is not enough for you pigs to have the biggest piece of cake. You want the whole fucking thing. )

This is horrible. Praying 🙏.

I can't help but think that someone wants to change the narrative really really badly. Convenient timing with RFK mentioning school shootings and SSRIs. And 9/11 anniversary tomorrow. Let's traumatize America some more - look what they were willing to give up last time!

Monsters.

Something I read several years ago when I was coming to terms with the fact I wasn't going to be a parent. "You aren't crazy - you're grieving." (Some people think you can't grieve for something that never existed, but boy oh boy, you do.) Grief is a confusing process with a myriad of emotions. We tend to think of grief being applicable to specific situations - my spouse has died, etc., but that is not true. Big part of the world is grieving right now, but doesn’t recognize it

Ironically, I think that helped with all of...this. Because it was recent enough that I recognized the feelings. But it is important to support those who are just coming to terms with it - we have just had more time and are further along in the process.

"Most people (even some that are waking up) still think this is about politics."

This is a great point and one that needs to be emphasized more and more. Especially if you run into someone who is still staking out red/blue/left/right/up/down positions. Rather than get into a potential squabble of us/them, the response should really be this: "You still think it is about politics?" Point in the 3rd direction they forgot is even an option.

That does not get enough attention. You don't send people with acute illnesses into places that are meant for custodial care - meaning you need help with the basic activities of daily living. A person that helps you get dressed is not the person who us able to recognize the signs that you might be going into some kind of arrest.

I completely forgot it is hurricane season. Which is a good thing. I am so sick of Weather Armageddon for every time the weather is above 80 or under 60 degrees.

3
ceegeegee 3 points ago +3 / -0

Uh-huh. And no one noticed symptoms until just now?

(Michael J Fox has had Parkinsons for 30 years. Granted, his case is am outlier due to his age and while he is looking pretty rough, he is lucid.)

We should hold a lottery on who is going to get what to "remove" them from view. Mueller is Parkinson's. Biden has prostate cancer. Who's next?

It's always the spouse who gets "that good fortune".

Funny how it is never the other way around. Have we ever seen a "my husband/wife's company tanked last year' piece?

IIRC, he said something about making the hardest decision of his life which at the time, didn't appear to be anything super obvious. But sometimes your choices are all bad and you are left trying to figure out which sucks the least. But it still sucks.

She did the talk show rounds back then about her son having autism as a result of vax injury. I remember her being on Larry King with Jim Carrey and they talked about it. Her son must be in his 20s now.
