Nah, I wouldn't say his name would be considered evidence of it all being fake bullshit or his parents having humor. I've never heard his name spoken by a Chinese speaker or English speaker, but for Mandarin Chinese "shou" should be pronounced somewhere between the English "so" and "show". And Chew can also be romanized/written as Zhou and pronounced nowhere new the English "chew". Despite speaking Mandarin Chinese, I have no idea how things are romanized for Chinese characters, in contrast to Japanese where the romanization is much more clearcut. I'd butcher Chinese names I see romanized just as badly as most others.

I haven't looked into DEW patents at all, but in case anyone wanted to take a look at patents and patent application publications a good starting point may be to start with the classification at the Patent and Trademark Office that includes the term directed energy weapon. This classification system can probably be used on Google Patents, freepatentsonline, or the USPTO's new (not easy to use for me) patent search tool.

https://www.uspto.gov/web/patents/classification/cpc/html/defF41H.html

Maybe it is something military related, but I don't know why British English spellings like "Armour" and "Defence" are used.

Generally, patent applications publish after 18 months, so anything filed within the last 18 months cannot be looked up by the public.

If anyone has any patent-related questions, feel free to let me know. Patents are pretty much the only subject area I can help with on this site.

Yeah, the COVID/medical tyranny has definitely been a good area to plant seeds of doubt in reasonable people, especially having gone back to essentially normal since 2022 here for me (SoCal). We'll see how it continues going from here. I have been continuing to talk to them about it when I seen an opportunity, and they see why my current exemption status (since 2021) at work gives me plenty of reason for not letting up on the COVID/medical tyranny subject.

Hang in there white male! Between my refusing the jab & refusing to provide pronouns (voluntary but requested of us) I'm hoping to divert some attention away from you. =) I'm been nudging people along in my workplace about how racist DIE (diversity, inclusion, equity) initiatives are, and most people are agreeing with me or at least getting sick of having to spend work time with "team building" meetings so that we can report higher DIE or ESG hours or scores or whatever. DIE was barely a thing at my workplace until George Floyd happened and it was like a switch was flipped.

Yeah, I agree with your statement regarding too many immigrants in CA. I'm in CA and with polls and elections all messed up I wouldn't know the actual proportion of red to blue... But with the US media and media worldwide generally talking about how the 'right' and Trump are racists and/or idiots (e.g., Trump's mean tweets or sounding like a thug), immigrants that settle in CA generally just think that supporting Democrats is the right thing to do for their best interests and the state's best interests. The 'woke' stuff right now is making it easy to counteract that though and help immigrants (among others) wake up though, so that's one silver lining.

My family is from Taiwan and I felt that Democrats were the way to go until around 2012-2013 when I finally saw through the Democrats' gaslighting (I think it was the IRS Lois Lerner stuff)... I know now it is the Uniparty, but the liberals are the face of the crazy in cities like LA, SF, etc.

Thanks! Yeah, I do believe at least on the surface Taiwan is supposed to be strictly paper ballots and single day elections, but who knows if there are "exceptions". Also, although my family trusts DPP, I generally don't trust any party and any one anymore. As the name implies, DPP is the "progressive" party and the party that pushes for diversity and inclusion mostly in the LGBT aspects for now, and we know what happens to tolerant countries.

The Kuomingtan (KMT; Chinese Nationalist Party) opposing DPP doesn't seem the lesser of two evils. Depending on whose holding the strings, KMT and DPP are probably just two sides of the same coin having their forever-fight with each other similar to (probably structured after) the two-party system here. The KMT were basically the people who fled China and took over the island of Taiwan and put Taiwan under martial control for decades. After decades of indoctrination of "taking back the homeland," KMT is now the pro-China party... The last decade was huge for DPP gaining ground in Taiwan, but then this midterm loss happened.

I think apathy affects some people and fear of war with China affects other people. All men (with medical exceptions) are conscripted... Like you said, maybe people just don't think the vote matters anymore. With low birthrate, the younger generations probably feel they can't compete with votes against the higher number of old people...

I am definitely trying to help with the information side of this war (and have made headway about medical tyranny and big data gathering devices like Alexa within my Asian family and work circle), but turn the war kinetic in Taiwan and I won't really have anything I can do...

Thanks for keeping me in your thoughts! It's very appreciated. The great awakening and the struggle are worldwide indeed!

Yeah, my family is pro-Democratic Progressive Party (currently the pro-independence party). My immediate family and I are in the states. I'll have to monitor if anything comes out of this. Taiwan prides itself in its completely secure paper elections, so my family will have to acknowledge DPP lost because the people were not with them... I don't know. Maybe there is some shady election stuff regardless whether it is exclusively paper ballots... Or maybe the young people just didn't vote after being in constant state of covid restrictions the past two years (which either of the Taiwanese main parties would have advocated for)... Sorry for the rambling. I'm constantly worried about all the China attacking Taiwan stuff that Trump and others keep talking about. (I understand Taiwan may have a deep state component (Evergreen and Foxconn comes to mind whenever I think about it), but like everywhere else it is a component.)

Yeah, Jeremy mentioned something about Ian having admitted to swatting someone. Definitely, I agree regarding examples needing to be made regarding swatting...

fedupwithdem 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah, I share that sentiment. It's more a precaution to not trust a message simply because it comes from a certain messenger that you may trust (e.g., just because this message from this messenger speaks truth doesn't mean you should assume his next message speaks truth). But as long as you verify/focus on the truth of the message itself and not the messenger, you'll be fine.

Just as a precaution regarding Ian Miles Cheong since the opportunity came up... I tend to like what he tweets most of the time... But he has a tweet where he immediately dunked on Trump after the midterms and other tweets in the past that felt off. He used to work for Jeremy of theQuartering (on Youtube) and Jeremy made videos to warn people about Ian. He basically said Ian used to be on the SJW side before he "awakened", has never set foot in the US but presents himself as being in the US, and that everything Ian does is for clout and/or just to gaslight. I'm not slamming Ian's tweet above, but just wanted us to be mindful of who the messenger is.

I think that Youtube video is a clip of a Youtube video from last year. The data regarding that 865 number is from 2021, as shown in the video. Not sure why this old clip came up today. That said, yeah, in terms of the media Taiwan and China (and probably other Asian countries) are still pushing the virus hard. I mention Taiwan and China because I have family there. Not sure if people there are buying it now. Regardless of whether they buy it, they mask up by default and believe themselves noble for sacrificing for the 'greater good'. They believe they can comply themselves out of tyranny basically. Not sure if they have jab mandates, but the only reason they wouldn't is because they know the peer pressure is there for people to get the jab.

Edited to add: Actually come to think of it, I believe 2021 to 2022 was when Taiwan "lost control" of covid and the number of covid cases increased drastically. It probably worked out that way to destroy the narrative that the jabs cause more deaths than covid, to keep people scared, and to get people to get jabbed.

Thanks! I'm in CA. I will definitely refer to this just to confirm my options. I like how Maxine Waters is outside that semi-circle to be labeled far left. I don't know anything about ivoterguide, but that's pretty funny.

To me, baizuo really are one of the perfect representations of useful idiots. Being useful to China (and anyone trying to attack the U.S.) while openly being mocked by China and others. Although I would say I was somewhat awakened around 2012 or so, I really did have to experience this absolute horror show to understand stuff like "useful idiots," "just following orders," sheep, woke, and whatnot... and given them a material form so that I can talk to others about them and push back against them (e.g., my workplace pushed jab mandate last year but mostly backed off at this point and is currently gently pushing pronouns).

Thanks for your encouragement! I would be happy to share about my experience in the patent world. Feel free to let me know if there is any questions in particular that you have. Otherwise, I'll definitely be looking at Jovan's patent & patent applications and I'm sure I'll feel compelled to comment as more patent stuff comes out regarding Moderna, Pfizer, and/or others.

Edited to add the below ramblings:
I understand IP law is just another part of the established system used to separate people into tiers. Like how US copyright law has been changed to keep Mickey Mouse protected by Disney since forever... And with patents, it's probably not a surprise that big companies are in bed with lawmakers to steer patent law. The USPTO director from 2014-2017 was Michelle Lee, who went to USPTO from her in-house position at Google.

All laws are written and changed by those in control... But... I don't have any thoughts on what other way to incentivize protecting ideas so I'm rolling with it for now. There are lower hanging problems to fix right now. :)

Eh... The below are just my ramblings regarding the USPTO and patents after a typical day of work.

I work as a patent prosecution professional to get patents for my clients. Generally, the inventor (especially geniuses like Jovan) tend to always think the patent office is unreasonable. The USPTO probably is one of the more reasonable patent offices to deal with from my experience, although it's just comparing bad and worse I guess. The inventor tends to be thinking in terms of how their invention differs from existing technologies and not how their claims (the part being examined by the patent office) were phrased by themselves or by their attorneys differ from the existing technologies. I'll have to look up Jovan's patents and check out the prosecution history and see which law firm(s) (if any) he uses.

That said, Jovan's patents probably deal with mathematical & software algorithms, and that technology unit of the patent office really is an absolute pain to deal with. Rather than getting hit with existing art, applications in this technology unit gets hit with patent eligibility rejections based on 35 U.S.C. 101 (Inventions Patentable statute) due to the Supreme Court muddying the waters especially in the past decade in the more computational technologies (e.g., AI, business methods, etc.). SC probably muddied the waters to help big tech avoid being sued for patent infringement by small companies and getting bad PR from the public.

Yeah. My first experience/awareness of this strategy was when I was looking into 'fast and furious' under Eric Holder. I was stupid initially and was naively annoyed at how the movie got in the way of my searches, not making the connection that the naming of the operation wasn't a coincidence.

Indeed. I have followed his analysis of the Vic case from the beginning. Finding TheQuartering, Tim Pool, Rekieta Law, ThatUmbrellaGuy, and various others on Youtube end of 2018 were probably what transitioned me from blackpill to redpill, although with where I'm at now and finding GA I don't really make the time to listen to them anymore. I email Vic around once every 6 months to wish him well. He replies in kind, generally within a day.

Yeah, Asia in general is more about not standing out. The gov's control can be exerted at any time and right now "they" are busy painting the worldwide chaos on Western people's relative noncompliance (e.g., regarding covid, gun violence, etc.).

I don't trust Western medicine either. Taiwan's medical system has been taken over by Western medicine I think. Eastern medicine is looked down upon and suppressed by the establishment. Probably not just a western vs eastern medicine thing, and just on which establishment/agenda is dominant behind the medicines.

From what I see, I don't think the feminine male thing has caught on in Taiwan compared to Korea and Japan. And definitely the plastic surgery hasn't caught on as it has in Korea. The rainbow parades seem to have increased in number the past decade though. I think Taiwan is still mainly in the "feminist movement" stage. I think China's constant threats of invading Taiwan the past 50+ years or so has helped Taiwan's populace from being too complacent in that regard. That said, a lot of Taiwanese get their international news from CNN. And, they are very fearful of covid even 2 years out. For example, I think there was news that a factory that manufactured HCQ burned down in Taiwan in the early days of covid, but there was a Taiwanese media blackout about that... So very suspicious. I'm worried about the whole China vs. Taiwan thing though, but not much I can do except pray and analyze events as they happen.

Thanks for your post and sharing all this. I'm of Taiwanese descent, and it's as you say. Taiwan didn't officially have jab-mandate, although not sure if the companies did it in place of the government. But Taiwan did impose lots of contact tracing (via cell phone) and mask enforcement. Most people feel that is the government "doing something" and "protecting everyone" and shamed those who don't follow. Recently, my dad had a show on and it was celebrities taking turns singing ad lib phrases of a song with "Get vaxxed" every few lines. Health care is so cheap and the service so great in Taiwan, but now I feel like it is a facade and/or to gain the populace's trust for now... Most government things start out cheap (at least from customer's perspective) & decent until they take over and don't need to be cheap & decent anymore. I trusted Taiwan's health care system until covid began. Major covid push right now in Taiwan; makes me think of those biolabs there people keep mentioning.

Yeah, I hear ya. I figure the big stuff is mostly out of our control (either something happens or it doesn't happen and I'll just observe & relay as appropriate), so I'm just sticking to planting doubt about gas prices, covid, Hollywood (why we shouldn't bother with people who play pretend for a living), fake news, Disney (yup, they're seeing the indoctrination) & big companies in general, and social media (just echo chamber amplified by bots, Elon's making noise, etc.). I'll continue to run my mouth about low hanging fruit, and the rest is up to them. Hang in there! We're all dealing with the frustrations, just need to unplug once in a while and keep at it. =)

Wow, that last sentence really resonates with me. That's how I feel when X22 and others constantly say "We must let them complete the crime." Also, they constantly imply that everything is ready to go except we're waiting on the normies. While I understand that to an extent, maybe these news aggregating sources not yell at us for being impatient and/or say nothing's happening because we aren't doing our part. All it's doing is making me resent the normies at this point if anything.

That said, Patel P is probably saying it more as a response to the tons of IMs he is probably getting telling him "I told you so" rather than a proactive/voluntary "keep your chin up" bullshit message.

Yeah, I agree. Planting the red pill and/or keeping people from black pilling require us to get some clear wins / morale boosters (sorry, couldn't think of another term)... Without a win regarding Hillary-related court cases to go off of, the conspiracy is too complex for me to understand let alone try to accurately explain to people... And if I explain it, then Sussman gets acquitted, that's a major black pill regardless of what follow-ups there may be regarding Sussman or otherwise, and I'll probably be tuned out for a while. I'm sticking with planting seeds of doubt based on gas prices and medical tyranny for the time being.

Glad to help! I deal with engineering-related patent stuff (e.g., electrical, mechanical) in my day to day, so feel free to let me know if you are curious about certain aspects of patents. I haven't had a chance to look in detail at the big pharma patents listed above. But, patents can only be directed to man-made stuff (i.e., cannot claim a law of nature or natural substance on its own, although you can claim things like an inventive way to use something natural). Probably not a surprise to anyone here, but a quick glance at the SARs patent 8,506,968 and the Coronovirus patent 10,130,701 shows that they patented the composition of their man-made viral particles..

21
fedupwithdem 21 points ago +21 / -0

Yeah, numbers mostly match; I haven't reviewed the patents & patent application publications to see which aspects of these viruses/illnesses they are covering. The CA one is Canada rather than US patent, and there is a 2 missing before the US 0070031450 patent application publication (i.e., should be 20070031450). I usually use patents.google.com , www.freepatentsonline.com , or worldwide.espacenet.com to look up patents and patent application publications.

Yeah, similar in Taiwan as well. I think students go straight from high school into Medical school or Law school in Taiwan, unlike in the US where you have to go through 4-year college first. And Med school is much shorter as you indicate. But as we know, school is indoctrination... So, I guess the US method currently is to make it difficult for the doctors to acknowledge that their years of countless, sleepless nights and massive accrued debt were part of just training them to be sheep...
