I like DeSantis, personally. Rich seems to be confirming that McCarthy and Ryan WANT to do this, but he doesn’t seem to be confirming that DeSantis in on board with the idea.

That said, I think DeSantis thinks that Kari Lake would make a much better VP choice than him, so his options are 1) Run against Trump in 24, lose, and hope to be Kari Lake’s VP in 28, or 2) Just be governor, I guess? I’m just spitballing here.

I don’t know enough about anything to answer that.

Pros and cons. It would be super convenient to be able to immediately know the answer to something just by thinking a question. It would be cool to send messages or watch videos just by thinking. It would be cool if paralyzed people had perfectly functioning robot arms and legs.

Of course, it would suck to go to jail for “thinking the wrong things” and it would suck if a bad guy made all the computer brained people do crazy stuff, but I don’t know if “ban brain computers” is the answer.
