unshackling the accused in the court room

That's actually pretty common in jury trials. Having the accused in cuffs is prejudicial.

They keep doing this and it keeps getting overturned in the courts. Seems like a great way to flush out partisan, crooked, and/or incompetent judges doesn't it?

The hardest part for them is admitting to themselves that they were fooled. The Dr. seems to have cleared that hurdle in this case, and gone the next step and admitted it to the world. That's integrity.

Not so much...

I donโ€™t like President Trump (Do I not? Who knows? I have been lied to about him so much for so long, I canโ€˜t tell whether my instinctive aversion is simply the habituated residue of years of being on the receiving end of lies).

But I like the liars who are our current gatekeepers, even less.

She still doesn't acknowledge the obvious presence and activity of the agents provocateur. Maybe it will come to her. BTW I've long respected her, and am not terribly surprised by her integrity and candor here. Also of note, she did say her "former tribe".

No. You do not dive down to 80+ meter for an industrial size job, involving the placement of hundreds of pounds of explosives in eight individual charges on very sturdy pipelines, from a sparsely manned boat. Such deep dives require special gases, special breathing equipment,

Actually you could do this dive on air, but you'd be high as a kite from nitrogen narcosis. Oxygen doesn't start to get toxic until around 300 feet.
