I think Mike is referring to just what he has from the vote changes in the machines. If you add all the ballot fraud with illegal or dead voters and non existent mail in voters, votes machine counted multiple times, it would be a far worse tally in favor of Trump. I doubt an accurate # will ever be known. But in my estimation a 2 to 1 ratio in Trump's favor would be minimum.
