Adopt carnivore lifestyle - eat as you evolved to live and eat.
Eat meat. Animal diet. Salt, water and maybe a few electrolytes like potassium and magnesium. Maybe iodine and selenium.
Most vitamin and other supplements are completely unneeded if you eat what your body evolved to eat.
Watch a few videos of Dr. Anthony Chaffee on YT, He's a neurosurgeon.
Suplements are a big and growing industry. They are only able to sell so many because thay have induced a large portion of the world to eat a dumb diet.
When did humans begin to eat plants? Maybe 10 or 12 thousand years ago.
Prior to that our diet was almost all animal based and we didn't take any vitamins. Our health was excellent in an excigent environment.
How long did it take for our digestive apparatus to evolve? Couple of million years or so. Meat is what took us quickly from hominids to homo sapiens.
. . . thousands of millions.
More than five billion were vaccinated worldwide.
This thing is just getting rolling.
The excess death rate in Australia tells quite a tale.
Facts are facts and sometimes they are difficult to accept. That's not "dooming".
What is essential, and was essential but was evaded, is to acknowledge the full truth in this unprecedented situation.
Overturning of Roe shows the current temperament of the court can lead it to make what may seem to be profound revisions to former doctrine.
Full agreement with MI-vet.
I do not think that we are in well charted constitutional waters. I think we are in an unprecedented situation in an unprecedented time.
World civilization is in the balance and to a large and real extent that means it is in the hands of the SCOTUS.
There is also the important fact that they also have taken an oath to support and defend the constitution - which has been egregiously violated. Will they continue that? Or will they rectify it.
The justices have a choice to make. That individual choice will be revealed in the nuances of their reasoning as they write down their opinions.
The consequences will be immense. Will there be civil war? Possibly.
If Brunson is found to be without merit by SCOTUS the US will be very close to utter failure and on the brink of chaos.
Anons have suggested that civil war may be avoided by a GREAT REVEAL that would shock the middle and lower levels of America into a wakefulness that would make civil war unnecessary. I would have to see that actually operate to believe it. Even with informed people we would still need a mechanism to effect the vast changes that are necessary. Real elections would be almost two years away and knowing there is cheating happening does not stop cheating.
The entirety of government needs to be cleaned. The congress, all the agencies, all the states, the judges, the DAs and the animal control officers. All of it.
Big tech needs to be cleaned by people of good character - like Elon.
Then the military, too.
So will the SCOTUS find in favor of Brunson?
Their first decision is not even a week away.
As a carnivore this would be a disaster.
They're coming after the whole world's stock of protein.
They will withhold enough for themselves and poison the rest.
Military heeds to get involved in the prevention of these mass murders.
Can't get on without a cell phone.
Use a laptop and a landline and that's not good enough for TS.
Why?
Well, they can't track a landline can they?
Is that why they REQUIRE a cell?
Would like very much to open a TS account. Don't need or want a cell.
Global warming and the whole climate hoax has always been a (hugely successful) enormous globalist plot to transfer trillions of dollars from the world's middle class to the already super-wealthy.
It was a great plan that correctly estimated the gullibility of the vast population of normies. It worked in spades. It was and is a contrived fabrication. All a big lie.
They followed that success with "covid".
Steal them into poverty and then kill the rest.
That too is working.

Valley Forge wuz 1777 - 1778.
Valley Forge functioned as the third of eight winter encampments for the Continental Army's main body, commanded by General George Washington, during the American Revolutionary War. In September 1777, Congress fled Philadelphia to escape the British capture of the city. After failing to retake Philadelphia, Washington led his 12,000-man army into winter quarters at Valley Forge, located approximately 18 miles (29 km) northwest of Philadelphia.[1][2] They remained there for six months, from December 19, 1777 to June 19, 1778.[3] At Valley Forge, the Continentals struggled to manage a disastrous supply crisis while retraining and reorganizing their units. About 1,700 to 2,000 soldiers died from disease, possibly exacerbated by malnutrition.
Don't bet the house.
