They are defying DeSantis' order. DeSantis has withheld state funds from the school board, but the resident ordered the Department of Education to issue grants to reimburse them.

Unfortunately, we have school boards like mine in Broward that only care about the "science" and "data" when they can use it to impose their will. My kids have to go to school with a face diaper and they're teaching them that not wearing a mask is unsafe and irresponsible.

I told them that the people who want them to wear masks are living their lives completely paralyzed with fear and we are not going to do that. I make them take their masks off the second they're not forced to wear them.

DeSantis needs to issue a similar order here in FL. Lots of companies charging an insurance premium penalty to employees for not getting the clot shot (including mine). Utter bullshit going on.

This is a model example of when defiance is the right choice.

This judge issued a restraining order to stop someone from speaking out against a policy decision by a government entity...

That just screams first amendment violation.

Because it's the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November... That's always election day.

So open your calendar, go to November in any year. Find the first Monday, then the day after that is election day. You will note that this year it's the 2nd. Next year it's the 8th because the 1st is a Tuesday and the first Monday is the 7th.

This shit is elementary school level civics.

11/8/22, 11/7/23, 11/5/24 (leap year so one less day in the year)

So, yes every year. There are elections every year. What part of that don't you get? Or do you think that "election" only means for president?

5
mastaxn 5 points ago +5 / -0

Uh. Yes, we do. Elections are held every year for a variety of races. Every four years for president, every two years for Congress. In the years other than the general and the mid-terms, you get these off-year elections for government seats that are term expired or vacant.

The first Tuesday after the first Monday in November is always election day every year. This is just an off-year election so it's mostly going to be gubernatorial and vacancy races.

So the takeaway?

President Trump is one of the only Presidents in history to leave office less wealthy than when he went in...

Obama entered office, basically, a wagie. He left office a millionaire.

Didn't he get pulled off and replaced with Bennett?

I'm in the industry. I work with cloud architecture specifically and work with these transit links all the time. Never seen an outage anything like this FB one.

4
mastaxn 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yeah. Not to mention that there is never just one transit gateway in place, especially for a company like FB. They very likely had several interfaces in place with redundant fail-overs to lower capacity hardware.

An event like this, where ALL of their connections are down simultaneously isn't just a major event; it's a HUGE event. This kind of thing should NEVER happen.

Well. Grant his wish. Let him rot in jail if he wants to insult the only political figure that supports him.

An order to preserve evidence is only as good as the honesty of the people involved.

I'd say it's only as good as the seriousness with which you plan to enforce it.

It's like a kid getting picked on by a group of bullies. He can tell them to leave him alone all he wants, but they're not going to listen... Until he lays one of them out. Then they'll realize that there are actual consequences for messing with that kid.

The media's obsession with covering for Democrats has caused then to tacitly affirm the legitimacy of the work that Cyber Ninjas had produced after months of trying to delegitimize them as inexperienced and incompetent, without knowing the full scope of the audit results.

Now when the findings are presented, they will again have to go back to delegitimizing them and invalidating the results. They'll have to explain why they accepted the results before but not now. I really hope that this was a tactical play to get the media to back itself into a corner. Then again, there's always the chance that this was done to soften the blow to those of us who believe that Biden won through fraud.

I hope this ends up being earth-shattering. I am sick of waiting around for a real happening that works on our favor re: the election. Too many duds and gaslighting. Just give us a win already.

  2. Organ failure means they poisoned her with remdesivir then suffocated her with a ventilator.

Sick fucking people.

No.

They approved a substance called Comirnaty that is "legally distinct" from the Pfizer/BioNTech shot. It's just that Comirnaty isn't available anywhere. So they are saying to just "use the Pfizer/BioNTech jab that's under EUA because it's basically the same thing."

Pfizer/BioNTech = EUA and currently available. Comirnaty = FDA Approved but not available.

2
mastaxn 2 points ago +2 / -0

Okay. Yeah. You're right. Off-label doesn't need EUA. So the only reason they're preventing it from being used is to make sure people die... Sick.

0
mastaxn 0 points ago +1 / -1

That's half true. EUA is for using drugs off-label, or not yet FDA approved, to treat a specific disease when there is no existing available treatment for that disease.
