The states are starting to rack up some wins. Fluoride banned in Utah, income tax eliminated in Mississippi, voter ID in Wisconsin.

This sort of progress is the most exciting because it shows we are finally seeing success at levels below POTUS.

The term doesn't become physically weaponizable until that state is reached.

The public access to beaches in Puerto Rico is incredible. Some developers are probably trying to carve out an exception.

Thx for sharing, it's definitely something I need to review more.

Anyone else notice all this anti-Schumer stuff started right after Trump made the comment that Schumer is now a Palestinian?

https://www.reuters.com/world/us/rights-groups-say-trump-used-term-palestinian-slur-reference-schumer-2025-03-12/

Or is my timeline off?

Strategic reinstatement.

These old accounts are information flood gates that can be opened when needed--releasing all their research, comments, memes, etc.

Twitter is still maintaining its status as a core social network and that is critical. If the unawakened get scared before they can be awakened, that's no good. Maintaining some narrative balance there is critical so malinformed people keep coming back and getting exposed to truth.

If your account has not been re-instated it's probably an operational reason--not a policy reason.

Join it to control it? Appoint Trump as King? Lots of ways this could be approached.

Shouldn't we convene a taskforce committee to determine how best to release this link first? 🤔🤣

Boasberg at this hearing desperate to know when and how many planes departed and not too happy to hear it's classified...

"I hear classified info all the time, I'm on the FISA court you know..."

🤣🤣

I'm dying for some hint that Boasberg has somehow lost has ability to review classified info. Not sure what the mechanism would be..

It's a treaty related to war so the idea of a lone terrorist or unaffiliated cell isn't considered AFAIK.

But also remember that Trump with his proclamation asserted that Venezuela and TdA are a "hybrid crime state" so he elevated their level.

Venezuela is a party to the Geneva Conventions

Another interesting aspect of this movie is the prisoners are clearly being paraded and recorded for propaganda purposes, which is in violation of the Geneva Conventions.

So it gives us some info as far as what their legal status is (or whether they are even real prisoners and this is just a hype movie).

Great observation and I'd lean towards the latter conclusion: actors.

This maneuver is quickly going to be viewed as a policy masterpiece.

https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/69741724/jgg-v-trump/?order_by=desc

Be still a moment (in the Internet sense) and listen to what you don't hear....retarded, elected Democrats complaining.

They were completely outmaneuvered here, and worse: they are going to be placed in court in an inversion of the classic "innocent until proven guilty" battle.

Note that five of the TdA members who made a filing were held back. Read the court listener docs and you'll see they were notified in advance and their lawyers got their papers together to make a challenge. I don't believe this is a coincidence: the DoJ very much wants this challenged in court because the battleground will be very much in their favor as defendants. These are likely the five worst possible men to make a challenge on behalf of the group.

And Boasberg has already granted some level of class status here, further entrapping the remainder of TdA should this fail. IMO the DoJ is actually mistaken to challenge this particular aspect of the case. 🤣

Trump is deporting the worst of the worst, in the most public way possible, with the best evidence possible, and Democrats are being baited into challenging it. So far Boasberg has been caught. We'll see in the coming days who else is dumb enough to try to grab the cheese...

Just thought I'd drop in and agree that the post is as advertised. Recission fags might want to check it out too.

Thought this blurb from the DoJ in Docket #19 was interesting:

"Going forward, and in the absence of appellate relief, Federal Defendants will continue to protect the United States using authorities other than the Proclamation".

https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/69741724/jgg-v-trump/?order_by=desc

So doesn't that essentially mean there is a backup plan even if the way they are using the Alien Enemies Act is tossed?
