I think where Paxton struggled is the word "willful" is not even found in the original complaint:
If willfulness is fundamental to piercing Pfizer's protection, shouldn't it be all over their claim? Maybe an appeal will open up the opportunity for them to demonstrate it.
I honestly just see some good and passionate discussion that shows a lot of individual experience on the topic, some misunderstandings, some new data sources, etc.
All around a great way to hash out the situation and be aware of the positives and negatives of what's going on with our immigration system before making big changes to it.
If you follow papi trump you'll see he's not worked up about it, and I think he frankly enjoys seeing Elon and Vivek brought down to earth for a moment.

This is what policy discussion looks like. The whole ebb and flow from mild disagreement to passionate rage and back again. Get used to it because this is what policy discussion will be like in the new golden age!
Don't you feel like Sotomayor or AOC or KBJ or Kamala or any of the other progressive thought leaders would have? 🤣
The fact that she heard his words and adjusted her thinking based on them indicates there was functional grey matter up there.
!! Hey everyone just so you are aware, national archives has it as a black sweater.
The original is black and white.

Someone colorized it to that red a couple years ago:
The Kitty History video had that same slow escalation, where the first minute or so was innocent.

I dunno if this is just the artists sneaking things through or its part of revelation of the method.
Take a closer look at the names. There are good people on there. They voted no but are willing to work to get a deal done and the 116 page version will be much easier to work with them on.
It's shameful that Johnson was willing to waste a mountain of time secretly creating a shitty bill with dozens of nefarious provisions that Democrats were happy with, but now everyone flips out when Republicans--who are in the majority--need a couple of days to work out a real bill?
We may finally be seeing willingness on the part of Dems to question the equipment...

They are noticing the discrepancy between POTUS race and the downballot races. (Trump voters moved downballot at an unusually low %).
The beauty of this setup is it allows both parties to project their paranoia onto the situation. Liberals get to imagine Trump rigged it because he somehow got all those extra votes. Republicans can suspect the riggers left the Presidential race alone and instead targeted the local races where margins are closer and resources are slim.
Now, as someone who has worked elections, I can tell ya there are a lot of Americans who have no hope of making it downballot, and are in fact doing us all a favor by staying away from it. It's really not crazy that Trump would dramatically outperform as a huge swath of his voters really were just using him as a vengeance vote.
But hey, if it gets Democrats on board with investigating the equipment--we need to encourage it and ride that wave!
I don't see the memorandum referenced in the doc listed here.

Would be curious if anyone could turn it up. It would make sense for appointed agency heads to retire..
