I do not think China is that stupid BUT China could give Iran a nuke and Iran would love to strike the USA. A small nuke on one of their shipping container missiles could get close enough to the US to strike. A nuke detonated 300 miles up in the middle of the country would knock out 90 percent of everything electronic except the military.
