This isn't accurate, there are still federal laws and such, for example you can't just fire someone because they're black

Learn more about the markets, sure putting all your money into meme stonks and crypto may make you rich it also may make you completely broke. Spending a couple hours a day doing market research will put you in the best spot to make informed decisions

I think it may have to do with fears of a market crash, not sure though. I heard something before that a lot of money may be leaving the stock market and it would affect margin loans from stock brokers but I'm not sure exactly how this would relate to a line of credit

Well they need to do it or everyone in the CA government should be hung by the landlords but it's desperate, they should've never had the moratorium

You hate to see it but, given how awful some of the people are in these cities, you kind of almost love to see it

It used to go down a lot when things were really hot like last summer and the election, lately it seems it's always been up when I've checked it. Maybe this means things are heating up again if they're taking out sources

I laugh at myself now that I used to look at this site when traveling, it's always been pure propaganda I think now. Now that I think of it, the places I visited that were supposedly fairly dangerous didn't seem that bad, I feel more unsafe now in most of California than I have before in most of Mexico

This is a fight for the survival of free humanity, it goes away beyond even the next few generations, if we don't win then humanity will be enslaved for possibly thousands of years. Good points though

Ironically California is currently in a massive drought

Why would they kill themselves? Not sure I follow that line of thought

Was recently across the bay in Oakland, it's a dystopic shit hole, most stores are still boarded up, homeless everywhere, in many ways it's worse than cities in third world countries I've been to. The main difference is that we don't see homeless children yet in places like the bay area but overall third world cities I've been to actually seemed cleaner in many ways.
