I have some questions because I think I may try this.

You say this in the schedule

"7am: 2000mg Vitamin C on empty stomach or w/ small protein meal. NO carbs 2 hrs before & 1 hr after."

What is a small protein meal? Scrambeled eggs? Some meat?

"9am: 2000mg L-lysine on empty stomach or w/ a some juice/toast/carbs. NO protein 2 hrs before & 1 hr after."

If I just had a small protein meal at 7 AM how is my stomach empty for this 9 AM dose?

Same questions for the evening doses. Also, when you say small what do you mean? 4 ounces of meat? more/less? 1,2,3 eggs? Or possible a protein shake, 4 ounces or 8 ounces or what?

Thank you for any info you can provide.

Well it is a great thread and I thank you for taking the time to post it. I did all this research years ago, it is much harder now than it was back then.

It happened when they introduced the birth certificate. That collateralized our very lives into bonds that are traded by the banks. They essentially owned us from that point forward.

Although this sounds like a good idea, US Citizens are citizens of the corporate USA Inc and have no constitutional rights. What should be done is one has to be a citizen of their respective state with the same restrictions put on citizenship. Being a US Citizen is what got us all into so much trouble in the first place. Federal citizenship never existed until The Organic Act of 1871 and made us all corporate persons stripping us of our constitutional rights.

That is part of the UCC, Uniform comercial Code. If you read UCC 1-308 you will see it is instructed that this is how to reserve your rights under the UCC and Maritime law. So that signature line, even though I sign it, I do not agree to waive any rights. Court cases have been won because of this simple trick.

Not incorrect. There are 2 Constitutions. For and of. The 'of' Constitution is the second one used by the US Corporation. The 'for' Constitution is the original for the Republic.

I agree but you also can declare your political status. You do not have to let them do it for you. There are many ways they capture us into contract with them but if people learn the ways they can do it and maintain state citizenship and not be run over by the US Corp.

On tax forms claim to be an american national, or a citizen of the state you reside in. Stop claiming US Citizenship is the first thing. Then submit into the public record your status. You can file with the clerk of court, you can post in newspapers I think three times or something. But then they do sneaky stuff with micro-printing. When you get a chance, get a magnifying glass and look at the line when you sign your checks. Look at what it says, it isn't just a line.

I rubber stamp all my checks with "Without prejudice UCC 1-308" directly under that line as it allows me to retain all my rights.

14th Amendment citizen is a citizen of the United States Inc. which is based in D.C and the territories like Puerto Rico. Those citizens are the ones who have to pay income tax and those who work for the federal government. State Citizens are under no such obligation. The deep state has been hard at work for a very long time in this country.

This is big, this is bigger than Bruen. Or maybe even Roe.

I do too. I have three and wish I had made as many as I could.

I thought McConnell threatened to take the side of the D's and impeach Trump if he pardoned Assange. That was one theory I heard but no evidence if it was real or not.

This is a wonderfully written and thoughtful post. Thank you for posting it and I believe you make this a better site for having done so.

No one in the west alive today has lived without electricity, and you think things would be hunky dory because people 100 years ago lived without power?

Yes for some it would be ok, maybe even for many, but mostly it would devolve into a huge problem in the short term. All the city dwellers would leave to the rural areas looking for food and it would literally be a fight for survival. People today are not equipped to live without electricity.

I hear your argument for precious metals and I have them as well. Metals would come into use a bit later after the initial shock. Sure then it would be ok, but the first few months would be mayhem and I don't think people would be that concerned with bitcoin. I have bitcoin, and I know exactly where my focus would be in a grid down scenario. BTC would be very low on my priority list. Defense of my family and property would be #1.

The thing is, once the power is out it is gonna be too late to use money, in any form, to save you. You are supposed to be making those preparations now.

Exactly what wakeupworld said, if the power is out world wide then worries about bitcoin is pointless as there will be much larger problems. Problems shift to survival and not whether a currency is available.

It is basically the Heritage Foundation pushing for their policy ideas... Trump followed much of their policies in his first term.

Black Budgets. The same reason a hammer costs $1000. The Pentagom doesn't actually spend $1000 on a hammer, it spends $20 like us and the rest goes to a black budget.

Or maybe that's the old way. Now we are at End of Empire and it's a money grab so they just lie.

Q said so many things that you can believe anything. Use discernment. Trust X. Disinfo is necessary. I don't live and die by Q. I do use discernment and critical thinking though. I guess you just find Q posts that fit your narrative and run with that?

Flynn is not a good guy, think of Flynn the way you think of Alex Jones. He may say the right words but he doesn't want the outcome we want.

Those are all the reason the farmers should say no. The water doesn't belong to the state. The farmers need to defend their rights or lose them. Take a stand, protect your wells, tell the state to fuck off with their fines. People really need to stop listening to these so called authorities.
