That's excellent! Fear the maga-lo-don!

Jumped out at me:

The terrifying image was captured by Tanner Mansell, 27, an underwater photographer and videographer from Florida

Even found an appropriately named gentleman to take the pic.. This movie really does have twisty little sub-plots.

A 6 town reclusive community with their own little language.

I suppose 'everybody signed' is talking about a conclave where all have fluency in symbols and semiotics (several hundred years suggests this may be the reason for its inception- a haven for the comms aware).

The connections with 'bad luck' events are interesting too- like this is the place to commit (or invent potentially) crimes that need to avoid scrutiny for one reason or another.

Mind the sharks in the water though.

Signet Rings possibly, denoting heritage/status. Interesting article on Charles' ring from an odd source- also goes into the Middletons adopting rings before Kate's engagement to Wills too. Note Chas wears it over his wedding band, indicative of a primary commitment?

Seems to be something to it.

Fascinating info, thanks fren.

Vlad Tepes was believed to be part of the Order of the Dragon (his father certainly was), a medieval chivalric order many royals of the time belonged to. Its orders were to protect the cross and repel Christianity's enemies, at the time mainly the Ottoman invaders (which oddly he spent his youth as a hostage with, learning the 'trades' in pain which would later make him infamous).

The order still exists today.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Order_of_the_Dragon

It is possible Vlad links with the St George and the Dragon tales- there was rumor that Sveti Georgi (St George) Church in Romania (location unknown) was Vlad's resting place (though 'rest' is presumed subjective in this case..) after being interred by supporters following his death. Subsequent fictions of body and head being reunited in 'epic quest' fashion have also been written, many of which insist his eternal fight continues today (which, of course, if the blood 'lives' down the hosts like many high-born insist, perhaps he does..).

I admit this doesn't make the picture clearer, but I have wondered more than once if history hasn't misjudged (the motives of) a few well known 'villains' through the veil of time, ignorance or malicious manipulation of detail- for me, this one deserves at least another glance.

Fetter:

a chain or manacle used to restrain a prisoner, typically placed around the ankles.

So Fetterwoman... I'm sure it's nothing.

''fate is confirmed'' sounds ominous. That's not the sort of wording one might choose for lovingly rehoming a pet or three.

Yeah, I wasn't convinced. The rest ties in with NK/Elon much better.

Note the ring on Savile, similar to Podesta.

Savile surname (not the more common Saville spelling) were of Yorkshire gentry stock.

Knees- lack of support- puppet with strings cut.

Agree with colon decode. Combine the two seems about right.

What holds up a bridge?

A Truss.

  1. a framework, typically consisting of rafters, posts, and struts, supporting a roof, bridge, or other structure.

So when Truss visits the Queen then departs... ruh roh.

Just a guess.

Like the drink, only not spelled the same.

Future reason for departure: ''I'm tired, boss''

Yup, and the pyramids around the 'virus' shaping.

Also, the gradient of the whole outfit, topped with the hat, is reminiscent of a pyramid.

Blue / White design (Egypt, Epstein), possibly gold fitting to bag, and Red (Blood).

He could mean 'rifle' - to search.

But with an extra [F] - indicating foreign.

Combined with the other '' '' word, mobsters.

[F]oreign Mobsters. Links pretty clearly with mafia.

Lots of drops with [F] within.

Seems to confirm OP's analysis.

Rivers of mercury in Chinese Emperor burial too:

https://www.labrujulaverde.com/en/2020/01/rivers-and-seas-made-of-mercury-inside-the-tomb-of-chinas-first-emperor-sealed-2200-years-ago/

Then there is the 'why'.

Francis Bacon wrote of mercury's ability to preserve documents, so it could be a way of preserving important history.

It would also likely act as a deterrent to grave robbers etc. Many would to go to great lengths to hide their burial sites and avoid defilement.

One interesting method was to hammer timber stakes in a semi circle shape in the middle of a river, diverting the flow from a small circular patch. Dig said patch and inter dear leader with ceremonial baggage, maybe a beloved pet or two, then whip the stakes out. Within a minute there's no trace.

In Sherlock (the Benedict Cucumberbatch one..full of redpills) the meeting point for an agent and their superior contact was the Aquarium.

Could make sense in comms context too.

Penguins (agents) go to the Aquarium to feed (info).
