No that would make him completely illegitimate. He can not make any legal decisions they would not hold up in the court of law. She has full control of everything he does and has to sign off on it.

He wanted to live on his own and he could not safely do it. Soon as I watched his first speech my heart dropped. I seen my dad. It was identical to how my dad acted at the end. Because I know how power of attorney works they used it to get what they wanted. They are actually controlling him right now and it’s ILLEGAL AS FUCK. You can get life in person for this if the crime is large enough. This I would say falls under that.

a key issue to understand is,
when somebody is under a Power of Attorney order
their decision making authority passes to whoever holds that power.
They lose or delegate their signature authority.
They can not sign anything at all.
Therefore biden can never take or be bound by the Oath of Office.
His inauguration was therefore illegal, on that point alone.
That raises the question whether Dr Jill is legally the president of USA Inc.
