It's crazy to read MSM and see how much they twist language around. A sentence like that could have an entirely different meaning than it seems to suggest. "Making funds available for humanitarian organizations" = slush fund for Soros/globalist organizations operating in the country. "Support Burmese refugees" could mean giving aid to foreign invaders/immigrants in the country trying to displace the original population. "Financial incentives to cease ethnic cleansing." Could be the "ethnic cleansers" they refer to are like Whites in America- the original people who controlled the country that they're trying to displace. Any attempts by these original people to maintain control of the country is called "ethnic cleansing." I have no idea and am just speculating, but that's the level of lies in the mainstream media. Lies hidden in deceptive language.
Yeah, pretty much any bill in congress has a twisted acronym that means the opposite of what it's gonna do. The TRUTH Act "Truth Really Unites The Heroes" act is gonna be a slush find for antifa. Same goes for executive orders and pretty much any politico-speech. Except Trump.
