On left it begins high above baseline with straight downstroke, then pen lifts and travels high left to begin unconnected stroke remainder
On right it BEGINS ON BASELINE, then entire character is constructed of single multi-curving stroke.
These are two conceptualizations of how to form the letter that are completely alien to one another. The odds of an adult suddenly changing so fundamentally the way they think of writing their own initial are probably near zero. Safe to say two different people wrote these signatures.

Just the slant of the top of the nostrils are weird. I think for OG Biden they were slanted towards the front — now they’re completely flat.
I have to say, he does have a wide area between lip and nose, it's the most like on both dummies. The upper lip looks the same but beyond that there could be lots of plastic surgery. I don't know.

The chin does not magically form an indentation with age. The face will pull back and eyes will become more SLANTED when a age/face lift that pulls back skin over each ear. The ear lobes not attached and a facelift does not even go near the earlobe it goes above the ear. I even think the eye COLOR is different but you cannot tell in this image.
what are the dates of these images. The one on the left appears to be a few "faces" ago. He has had work done. Politics is Hollywood for ugly people.

Nice to see some speculation about this. It started to bother me a while ago, first the ears because your ears do not change naturally, but yes, the whole face is pretty different, the voice sounds different now too. It could be badly done plastic surgery, yes, but I'd still like to see some timelines - especially at his age it takes time for the surgery cuts to heal completely. Of course, that might be the reason why he spent so much time in the basement.
But if those signatures are real that is another big tell that it might not be the same man, that is a damn big difference.
Or that he has had a stroke or some other big issue with his brain, too. I don't know how dementia affects handwriting, but I think recovering from a stroke can.
Taking all of those - considering that it is the damn president it all should be something explained to the public, just to prove that the president who now looks and sounds different than he used to actually is the man the voters (those few who really did vote for him...) thought they voted for. The face thing is weird but the signature just doesn't make any sense at all. Why would a signature change after a facelift and if he is an imposter wouldn't you try to copy the signature exactly?

If Jill is signing for Joe. Which is forgery, that would make every EO's invalid. What Joe signs on TV isn't the true legal document. What is submitted to the Federal Register is. And that signature far favors Jill's handwriting.
The eyes and chin look very different. Not sure about the rest but plastic surgery for aging doesn't usually change eye shape that much. Under the eyes yes, but not the basic shape.

Thanks! I didn't think it was recent. I've been trying not be too tinfoil hat about this and justify the change as normal aging - and some of us don't age as well as others. But this is drastic.
I've seen some profile shots of him from the Obama administration and his nose looks very different. He also used to have bags under his eyes. Who gets a nose and eye job in their late 60s or early 70s? It also looks like he has fuller cheeks now.
Then there's the earlobes.
Mostly older women. My guess is that Joe probably has narcissistic personality disorder, he does check all the boxes for it.
The only thing I can think of with the ear lobes is that he might have gotten cosmetic nose surgery using a ear cartilage graft while at the same time got a face lift, then attached the earlobes to keep the skin pulled back, and then Botox for the cheeks.
That's not even the same signature. Could he really be...dead?
