Good luck with that. There's been one audit, independent, released from Michigan showing Dominan machines were set to steal votes from President Trump. That alone is enough evidence to throw lawsuits out. There is another independent audit happening in Arizona and that will be icing on the cake.

Court ordered Maricopa to do the audit. Maricopa's board of supervisors has pushed back terribly & pressed for two unaccredited, Dominion shell companies (Pro V&V and SLI) to perform the audit. These companies already audited the machines pre-election and surely will not find anything post-election that will damage their parent, Dominion's "good name."
Maricopa state legislature has brought in Allied Security Operations Group led by General Waldron, who previously testified about foreign interference and fraud in the AZ hearings. The board was ordered yesterday to allow ASOG access to do a full forensics audit for the machines.
The audit did not take place yesterday because the board had the building surrounded with armed security and would not let the ASOC team in. Again, the court has already ordered that this audit take place. The board is now in contempt of court but they don't seem to care.
Another day has gone by without the audit. Please take some time and call/email the people on the list at the link. We -need- this large-scale audit to take place.

They have to know this will lead to discovery, so they probably plan to get their discovery requests out immediately so they can learn what the Defendants have before dismissing their case.

not sure how much traction this wil actually get but with the wrong judge or perhaps even a shrewd attorney representing Dominion they may be able to avoid much discovery by convincing judge that it's necessary for Fox, Rudy and Sidney to prove the basis for their claims. without legitimate claims Dominion might not be required to prove a negative

They took this long to sue. Meaning they were investigating to see if they had the receipts. In their view the receipts they have are weak, but this is the thing, you never telegram the whole information. So they have more stuff you can bet your ass, this guys are smarter than the average cookie. There's stuff they haven't shown. If I was them, I would bait them by using credible but unsubstantiated allegations. Then I would show the court the contradicting arguments with new evidence that would be irrefutably ironclad. Then let them squirm.

To be fair the whole introduction is very amusingly written. The whole $2.7 billion nonsense is just performative silliness as it was with the dominion lawsuit. It’s much like a maximum allowed sentence for a crime that never bears any reflection to the likely reality, yet it’s the one that makes the headline on the news.
Well, they do have an argument for that number, and arguments for additional punitive damages. And they are demanding a jury trial. They have a very strong case on the merits; Smartmatic didn't provide goods or services to any of the swing states; and the law firms for the plaintiffs have a lot of experience picking juries that like giving big awards. On the other hand, big awards do often get reduced on appeal, or even thrown out entirely.
It would be a gamble, but not ultimately a winning one. Fox's lawyers of course know all this and can do the math. They'll settle. Sidney and Rudy, I don't know.

I mean I think what we need to realize is, Dominion systems can obviously be used for cheating, outside of Dominion being a part of it, who knows really if they are or not.... my guess is key people inside 100% wanted to rig it in certain ways, and obviously in key places in those cities, it was rigged. I just think it was done using major design flaws in their systems more so then them being in on it 100%.
