Reality #1: the government and media are largely telling the truth. The government is imperfect, but well meaning and despite its best efforts it just can’t ever seem to stop wars, create economic stability, or improve the living standards of the lower-middle class.
Reality #2: the government and media are, through various direct and indirect methods, controlled by wealthy individuals and their lobbyists. They’re acting in their own interests and economic instability, a shrinking middle class, and foreign wars are a logical result of the policies they knowingly create.
Its reality #2 however that is easier to accept if: you are not naïve meaning too young, and you don't remember MSM as it was meaning too old.
Part of me also thinks that people are attached to reality #1 because they want this to be easy and/or just want to be left alone functioning the best they could in the rigged game. I really wanted to be left alone however it's clear to me that ain't happening anymore. The cabal or whatever it is really called wants it all.
im not sure about that, in the case of normies its literally just ignorance, they don't pay enough attention to anything regarding politics to care one way or another, if anything they default to leftist type thinking simply because it presents itself as the moral and correct way of thinking when it is anything but. For the more entrenched leftist it is literally a mind disease preying and feeding off mental, spiritual and physical weakness. Throw all the responsibilities you have to yourself to the government because you're too weak to handle them on your own. Instead of actually having a solid and consistent moral foundation simply pretend you do and claim others don't. Instead of actually getting off your fat lazy ass and breaking a sweat and sacrificing to help other human beings and build a better world, just virtue signal on social media and pretend like you are. This is why they always invent racism and other problems, without their invented problems and fake moral superiority they'll realize they're simply wretched husks of human beings trying to drag everyone else into the abyss with them.
I will agree with you insofar as if people are not paying attention then the loudest which in this case are the leftest voice is going to be the one they hear.
I also partially agree with your assessment of entrenched leftists I guess I will dare offer an explanation that I think could apply to the young ones; I sort of think it isn't entirely their fault at least it wasn't until Trump. The reason I am saying this is because we know the system how it has been is designed to keep people down. I just got my first house I thank Trump for that prior to his tax break and the low rates I couldn't do anything. I think that morphed for some people into why try or why care, which as a play by our enemies is a brilliant one. Now post Trump I really don't know how people could have seen the change and be like no what we had before was better that part eludes me but I don't pay much attention to the screaming medias, social or mainstream.
That is why I think that some of the young lefties should be ok once they get something worth protecting if they ever can get something. They got the property thing pretty tied up I do admit. That may be the big push for delaying or removing your ability to have children it's currently the one thing they can't stop you doing. If people have babies and subsequently wise up, yes even that has become sort of a big ask, then they would be less likely to just give up.
I tend to say to them that we come to different conclusions about the world because we have completely different news sources. If they saw mine, they might come to my conclusions.
Then they say that theirs is official and vetted and you have a chance to point out logical inconsistencies in the MSM messages.
You have to get them to look at direct sources - actual uncut video of what someone said or did.
This implies that your sources are not lying too. There are plenty of grifters on the Q side (like Simon Parks, YouTubers, and others), so if you just say, "my sources are more right than your sources," it doesn't actually prove anything. You need proof that your evidence is actually vetted (PubMed for example).
Can confirm this. News says "Trump said this.". Listen to unit Trump speech, find out he actually said that.
Show that he said that, family still insists ye said this instead. It's insane. Previously mistrusted CNN is good, previously trusted Fox is bad (which they are, but not for the reasons they give). Wife of president who destroyed my father's life-long much-sacrificed-for dream of Air Force service seemed so mich more desirable than "strange raving bad oranj man", and it stuck the entire term.
I'm watching people destroy and kill while the news says they're peaceful, while I stand in peaceful rallies that the news characterizes as terrorist attacks and hate group meetings. But "I'm being liked to" and the mainstream news is to be trusted?
Usually my first response to any criticism is stating that Trump would be the most loved President in US History if the media was fair. Then I go into a tirade about how MSM doesn’t report facts and instead manipulate people’s emotions. Only after my critique on MSM and censorship do I address whatever criticism they had. I want to bring back critical thinking. If I can just get them to be critical of what they watch and read I don’t need to defend Trump.
The problem is that some people don’t want to think. They want information soon fed to them. Or they’re already in deep and the cognitive dissonance is just too much to overcome.
When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life."
It might be helpful to take your argument back in time. Sometimes it's easier to accept something that happened long in the past, rather than confront today's reality.
Show them who the heads of the major television stations were in the beginning.
Show them where the name comes from: Tell A Vision, Tell Lie Vision.
Show them Disney's early role as propagandist during the war.
Now, show the connection between today's news people and their spouses in the government.
Tell them about Operation Mockingbird, then show them the video of an entire screen full of news reporters parroting the same thing.
If you take it step-by-step from the beginning, hopefully the light bulb will finally turn on for them.
This is why I've sent out just these few videos so many times. It's a great simple starting point. No Trump or Q.
Basically just trying to get the sheep to accept no matter who it is, they can lie to u and u can be fooled. This sometimes creates a crack in their safe space armor.
MSM says it's our job to control what people think
This is why past conspiracies need to be make public. They can only get away with future conspiracies if the public doesn't know they got away with past conspiracies.
Exactly. This is what I always do. Show them things on Biden they had not seen, and ask them why they hadn’t seen it. Then proceed to explain. I barely root for Trump from the very start or they won’t listen to me. What I want them to do is to listen and ask questions, and way of doing things seems the best way for me too until now. I have to say Biden falling down the stairs and saying where am I, what am I doing here had a huge effect. Believe it or not, they didn’t know.
They're brainwashed. I never talk politics, but posted pics at a Trump rally and my cousin obsessively started texting me antagonist messages & I finally blocked her. Had she posted pics of herself at a Biden rally, I wouldn't give a shit. They're brainwashed by the media. eta my last correspondence with her after months of her shit: https://i.postimg.cc/NMkZpbvY/IMG-8176.jpg
That can be a very powerful question. It can force a person to think for themselves.
Yes/No questions do not require any thinking, but they can be great for setting up a question that does.
THEM: blah blah blah
YOU: Where did you hear that?
THEM: CNN (or whatever -- if they don't remember, just ask what they rely on for news).
YOU: Do you trust CNN?
THEM: Yes.
YOU: Why?
THEM: blah blah blah
YOU: Why do you believe that?
THEM: blah blah blah
YOU: What if you found out they were intentionally misleading their audience because they don't want their audience to know the truth?
At this point, it doesn't really matter what they think or say, because the seed has been planted.
The difference is that sketchy news on here is called out and people can decide for themselves.
ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSDNC, FOX, PBS, NYT, WAPO, etc. rarely if ever have their sketchy news called out ON THEIR OWN PLATFORM, so that their viewers/readers can decide for themselves.
The main argument against Trump; what are the odds every politician and the media are lying over this one guy. This is the spell you have to break since it makes sense if you think about it with Occam's razor.
I told my dad that i would never lie to him...and those people do. They are not his friends. Yeah, he thinks im crazy.
My parents do to although they are trumpets. They're not all over this q stuff like me.
There are two realities at play here.
100% agree, alot of effort has been spent by the cabal to destroy and corrupt society to MAKE people this hopeless and pathetic.
That is why I think that some of the young lefties should be ok once they get something worth protecting if they ever can get something. They got the property thing pretty tied up I do admit. Sage advice from Q in Post #1955
https://qposts.online/?q=1955&s=postnum

Then they say that theirs is official and vetted and you have a chance to point out logical inconsistencies in the MSM messages.
Great post! And I love using that Maddow story as a redpill icebreaker.
That's what Alex Jones did. Same coin, two sides.
This implies that your sources are not lying too. There are plenty of grifters on the Q side (like Simon Parks, YouTubers, and others), so if you just say, "my sources are more right than your sources," it doesn't actually prove anything. It is incredibly difficult to make someone understand that the government does NOT have your best interests at heart. And by extension the MSM.
This is a difficult pill to swallow and thus why there is comfort in the blue pill.

Data doesn’t lie. Politicians do.
Unfortunately, anyone with TDS just doesn’t get that.

You're not getting news. You're getting brainwashed.

This is why past conspiracies need to be make public. They can only get away with future conspiracies if the public doesn't know they got away with past conspiracies.
I usually go with:
"I don't trust any politicians, do you?"
"What about media, do you trust the media?"
"Do you think the media tricks us into wars?"
"Do you think the media is telling us the truth about covid and the vaccine?'
"Who do you think the media serves?"
Sometimes I get the stupidest of answers, but surprisingly - many know they are lied to, but they seem to forget constantly.
I love your lighthouse analogy. All we can do is be that light. Brilliant. Thanks for sharing.

Excellent post. Great analogy.
Thank you. Simple and true.
I disagree.....it is always about the polices, never about personality.
Ask them if the agree with.... A,B,C, D.....versus the leftists crazy town.

Bingo. Focus on perspectives here.
BIG difference. Yuuuuge.
This is our difference. There are many differences like it, but this one is ours.
The main argument against Trump; what are the odds every politician and the media are lying over this one guy. This is the spell you have to break since it makes sense if you think about it with Occam's razor.
Well, they have a common interest in opposing and outsider who's a threat to their collective graft.
I hope that doesn't give Trump too much credit.
