I went the next city over today which is pretty blue. Every single store I walked into I was asked if I wouldn’t mind putting on my mask. In my rudest tone I said no I will not and kept going.
In the mall a security guard walked up to me and asked me to put a mask on and I said no thank you. He told me I would be forced to leave the property if I wouldn’t comply and I said “look at all these other people around not wearing masks” to which he replied “I’m not worried about them I’m talking to you” told him I was medically exempt and if he wanted to keep fucking around his security service would hear from my attorney... he quickly changed his mind and decided I was not the fish he wanted to catch that day..
"make me" is something they'll never expect. Back when this mask business first started I had resolved that if anyone in my church gave me crap for not wearing one I was gonna tell them that the only way I was leaving this building was after mass or in a body bag.
I went into my normal pet store today and they said I couldn’t shop without a mask. I said “ok” and walked out. I paid more in the store then shopping online because I wanted to support local. I called one in the next city over and asked if they allow people without masks, and they said they followed the order (an order from 4 county commissioners) and I said “ok, just trying to find someone who wants my business”. I decided I’m not going to go all over town seeing who will take me. I’ll find small online shops that aren’t all “woke” and not let my county get the money. I’m also trying to not purchase anything, I have a big family, and we’ve always been big consumers but we decided to sacrifice what we can to try to make a point. I will stick with the few shops I know won’t hassle me, but avoid any shopping anywhere else. I’m disgusted with people here. We have virtually no cases, our county commissioners are trying to extort us into getting the vaccine.

Our elected bodies (as much as you can call anything elected anymore) had all put the kabosh on mask mandates and then unelected cOuNtY hEaLtH oFfIcIaLs issued dictates that somehow overruled elected assemblies. Still haven't quite figured that one out, but by now a large margin of people have seen through it.
well, some of us are forced to wear them in our Blue States if we want to do ANYTHING outside of our house. I leave mine off until I walk in the store and take it off as one foot steps out, but we are required to wear them.
In Minnesota they have signs that say they are required, but I haven't been wearing one now since last fall, and before that it was barely covering my mouth. Hyvee told me it was their company policy, I told them I couldnt wear one, he said "okay thank you." And kept walking. Other then that I've only been asked one other time.
Just try going someplace without one, Minnesota prides it self in being a progressive state, and I've beaten the odds. (Fun fact, our retarded governor was caught in Wisconsin at a restaurant because his own state was shutdown. They are power hungry politicians trying to control you, don't let them win.)

We live in So Cal and I don't wear one EVER except for when flying. I don't spend money at businesses that require mask use. This week we went to Florida for vacation and we were in a crowded restaurant, in the bar waiting for our table. We get the text that our table is ready, and to see the hostess at the front. So we walk up there (no masks, of course, because we don't wear them) and as she turns to walk us to our table a big bouncer looking guy stationed at the door tells us to put on masks. I didn't acknowledge him and kept on walking. A couple seconds later I turned my head to say something to my wife, and she wasn't there. I looked back and she's right in his face. Oh boy, I thought we were getting kicked out. She comes to the table and I asked her what was up and she said she told him "what are you going to do, call the police?" He replied "oh really?" and that was it, he didn't do anything. She has more balls than the men I see walking around wearing masks.

That's great, but for me where I live, it was so enforced that you couldn't enter any store even for milk, it was a necessary evil that I hated but had to do just to get my daily bread. But I've had it, and so have the workers too, they never even say anything to me when I go maskless. So don't shame those of us who find it a huge success when we go without one.
