Yep, while James Woods has not explicitly endorsed Q, he has shared Q messages through Twitter. He's a pretty smart guy, MIT student, 184 IQ, and is no doubt worth listening to.

139 here. Same problem. Ive been learning to do my own car maintenance, fuel filters, oil changes, coolant flushes, simple stuff. Not enough there to quiet the mind. Exahusted body, mind racing 1000 miles/minute.
Listening to more oldies and some country. The 80s and 90s I used to love, more and more of it, is so intolerable.
I work in a busy little C store watching pumps, waiting on customers, when it slows down I read GAW a little bit, and then when I'm cleaning before close I listen to a Salty cracker livestream. I've done other fast paced jobs this is my current one lol. It quiets down a lot after 830 small town life lol.
At home I watch my grandbaby when daughter's working, I game, mostly just mmos like world of warcraft. I also crochet, read, have something on tv I like ancient aliens or I'm listening to a charlie freak video on the takedown of the cabal. Or something similar. I've also been learning about decoding comms.

My cat sleeps by my head at night his purring is the most restful thing I just focus on that and I'm able to sleep...most of the time, sometimes my mind gets caught in an obsessive loop replaying things over and over.
I also have learned to do some car repair mostly just replacing turn signal and headlight bulbs. I clean a lot too.

Any IQ test that is not administered is bs. Basically, if it is an online test you can pretty safely say it doesn't count.
Used to be at some point in middle school you could elect to get testing. You'd go in, sometimes on a Saturday (so not many takers) and it would be proctured for 8-12 at a time.
There are many metrics and methods, good ones take test time observations into account.
They can include motor function, hand eye coordination, critical observation, general knowledge, etc. Not many take spelling into account, and tests vary as even smart people can be bad at traditional pen and paper tests.
Legit tests can be accessed at psychologists of the correct training.
Universities are also a potential.
Anything online is absolute bunk, pure crap that takes your cash & provides happier than should be results.

Lol I think it's all in how you use it. I have some family member that I consider scary smart but have zero common sense. They do stupid things all the time. I prefer having the common sense and being able to reach people in ways that they can't. I certainly have my share of stupid moments.
Common sense is worth an extra 50 points to any regular IQ so keep that in mind. Also, it's minus 50 if you believe covid19 is a pandemic or you get the jab so most here qualify for an extra 50 points.????
151 here when last tested and I get you 1000% on the mind never stopping. If it's not idea after idea then it's going over events and trying to make sense of the nonsensical. Sleep is an extremely welcome respite from the latter!
The mind loop thing is the worst, I do that especially if I'm anxious about a situation. I find having a busy job that I don't stress over really helps. Even after working a ten hour day I'm still up until two am but I am usually able to fall asleep.

Dude that's a high IQ. Where can one test theirs and find out their number? I've never known mine. It's certainly higher than your typical liberal, I know that much lol.
I take free mensa prep tests I've done well on some, and not so well on others lol. If you want an official mensa practice test they're ten dollars. The tests are mostly logical with a little math thrown in. I also took a national mensa test they televised a few years ago. I scored high on all the school tests they gave us as kids except in math, that's always been my weak point. I did really well on the military asvab test when I've taken it as well...there were some jobs that I wanted that required it. I don't remember my scores.
Really it's not about the numbers but how you apply what you learn.
Mensa will send you a test in the mail. At least they used to.

True, not all high IQ people have many life accomplishments. Take Christopher Michael Langan for example: 195-210 IQ, Trump supporter of course, 9/11 truther, etc. He's barely known to the public and lives a humble life in a farm.
Langan seems to be known mostly for his "Cognitive-Theoretic Model of the Universe", which from what I'm reading is how he proves the existence of God, the Soul and the Afterlife via Mathematics.
