Having established the date of deletion (ie after requests were for the voting systems and records) and what appears to have been recovered files suggests there is enough substance to this evidence tampering to prosecute. Admission that the act is a crime by the people involved in the act itself looks pretty good from the point of view of a future prosecutor I'd say.
