This footage was from an anti-Brexit march. The anti-COVID march actually did only have a few hundred and they blocked an ambulance for ten minutes during the process. It happened near my workplace, don't fall for fake news, which this post is.

To draw a crowd that big in DC you'd have to be executing some big name politicos, DS and MSM people, a bunch of deep pocketed radicals funding the mayhem, a bunch of banksters, some foreigners and quite few people with Dr. in front of their name. International TV rights and pay-per-view would cover a big chunk of our national debt. The assets confiscated from these people would take care of another big chunk.
