What he's leaving out of that analysis is that there are most likely already sealed indictments for any leakers arrest. So if Swallows Well leaked shit by texting it to a reporter using his phone etc etc... he's toast on a stick already. He's a jailed man walking... and he was just told that's the case because the Biden DOJ finally forced their way into the records and released the info through a corporate backdoor.
I bet they are just waiting for all these POS to be tossed out of congress when the elections are invalidated before they pull out those indictments and perp walk them to the federal jail. Without Biden(and his ability to pardon them) and their job title(members of congress have some limited immunity) to protect them they will all be toast.
