They are trying whatever they can to prevent data from being released. They will claim that cyber ninjas can't release the data because its part of an ongoing investigation.
What a lead-in ... We are writing to your "professional" company as it appears you are awful, shoddy, sloppy etc etc etc ... please explain how you beat your wife to us in great detail ... Sincerely, the unimpeachably good dictators.
Tell them to write Cyber Ninjas a check for a few million and they will gladly provide the information. Then use that money to fund the audit and pay back everyone that donated money.
Bullshit stall tactic and also to agrnwr Intel on ALL the people and groups involved. Plus, [they]'ll be able to spin thr narrative more effectively. [they] have no jurisdiction here, so hopefully the AZ Legislature and Governor tell them to pound sand and take this to the courts.
Maricopa County and the Board of Elections won't give up the hardware and machines to this Committee, either. Not without risking severe backlash and opening up more risk of getting caught. So, if the State of Arizona plays this right, now his Committee won't get sht in the way if any real info or Intel. Plus, we may see the Fed Courts smack down this attempt, as well.

Not only does the House Oversight Committee have no jurisdiction and authority to investigate a State's election audit, they ALSO have no jurisdiction and authority to send Washington Dc police into other States. The Washington DC police have jurisdiction only in the District of Columbia. Can anyone explain that? Along the same line, does this mean the Senate has jurisdiction and authority to send their police security into other States too. What about the Supreme Court's police security? Do you see the problem here? These are all unlawful acts and should immediately be responded to with lawsuits for abuse of power.
Sheer panic. The House Oversight Committee has no authority to investigate a State's election audit.
They’ll find themselves in an Arizona prison.
REQUEST DENIED.
Strangely enough, that very Congressional Oversight Committee staff will probably be arrested for treason soon.
Fox guarding the henhouse to prevent others from discovering what it was doing. Not going to work this time.

Don't they realize NCSWIC
Part of an ongoing investigation they lack the authority to conduct.
They're already shopping for a judge, if they don't have one lined up already.
Ooh, I hadn’t thought of them trying that! Good catch!

We all knew this was coming. They are scared shit less and will use any avenue to discredit this audit.
Mail them back a copy of the Constitution and say request denied as you have no authority here.
I know I saw this coming. Im sure they did too. And Im sure they are prepared.
Punks.

...and the answer is, it's none of your damn business. States run elections, not congress.
We are sending you our "briefs" so you can see our A$$.

Hmmmmmm....
Think that I'll send my private Lenguado Troopers to DC so we can clean things up.
What took them so long?
So NOT the AZ Senate?!?!?!?
They have no standing.
