Let me clarify that my point was that the brain seeks more, as it does with porn. Whereas you may begin with being able to get off over more "simple" stuff, even clothes people, the brain will always seek MORE "hardcore" stuff. This may take a while for some people, but this is how it works. It works that way with sex toys as well. You may start out just simply using them, but your mind will seek more.
