The eviction moratorium is just a way to force small housing owners to default on their loans and transfer ownership of real estate to big banks.

China is under heavy face here in Texas. They’ve been scooping and Texas either already has or is slated to Ban them. I am in Houston and most properties near me residential or commercial are being scooped by reps of Chinese Firms

It feels like the NWO tried to push Stalin into the fold and he backed out. Kruschev also. Speculation here.

Seems that by the time Gorbechav came around the rims were coming off in many ways and their intentions in the USSR were written off completely. From those I spoke with that came from Russia / Lithuania / Ukraine / Azerbaijan etc they seem to think that when Russia fell in Afghanistan that was that. I really don’t know.

What I do know is that countless NWO members like David Rockefeller were just - emphatically ALL ABOUT what Mao had accomplished in China.

Almost as soon as they made those statements we had the first Breckenwoods w Kissinger and a full on blessing in 1971 from Mao to “All aboard”.

From that point forward all we have seen is a massive move of NWO types into remote facilities in China, and the movement of literally the worlds centers of manufacturing into China.

Keep in mind the textbook definition of Communism - The State Controlling and Micromanaging all means of production.

Does China control the means of production in the world?

Largely, yes. And every Judas that sold out to them for whatever means played a very significant role.

The only thing I can emphatically say with confidence is that in terms of CYBERWAR - China talks a big game but they are 10 years behind.

Their people suck at development. Don’t ask me why. Technical stuff at that level somehow is a struggle. Maybe it’s being able to “think outside the box” when communism altered their mindsets to never do so?

Foreigners SHOULD NEVER have been allowed to own US land.

I can’t disagree.

Sitting here I’m trying to think of context in which a foreigner owning land works be a good thing. I’m assuming a foreign owned business may think establishing an office here or factory would be less attractive. Then again look at CCP policy in China, they Dena more and businesses are happy to comply. I say ban it and add in new Levy on taxes or otherwise for land already owned by foreigners by the Office of Alien Property / Office of Alien Custodian

Looks like there is massive precedent for mass confiscation from a Known Hostile State.

I say we start & start aggressively.

Oh the shit that will go down once GEOTUS pulls in

All that land could be just taken if they aren't citizens. Make a law. I imagine our founding fathers coudln't do it then because so many were immigrating here.

The natural response (note, not a good one) is to suggest to your kids they get an RV or something and save for a few years... Just in time for all petrol/diesel cars to be banned and whaddya know - turns out no one wants to make EV RVs and if they do those'll cost as much as a house to start with.

Try looking into nursing homes. They kidnapped my mom for this house. Because they want here to be new suburbs to NYC. they're trying for Amtrack lines to city n already I cant find a place to rent rents more than 4times what I paid in 1995....last time I had to rent. One of the officers in nursing home former Berkshire big wing. Berjshire is directly related to BlackRock. Oddly my dads investments were all in BlackRock too

I was at the TPA rally in Phoenix a couple weeks ago, and a couple of the groups of people in line (5-1/2 hour line!) around me lived near the border. They told me about A WHOLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT that was bought out and is now being used as temporary housing for illegal border crossers, and many hotels are also being used for the same thing.

I sold my rental property in '19, thank god. How insanely corrupt can the gov be to say that you can't collect rent on your own property, yet you still need to pay them property taxes on that property?!

Same as bussing in homeless drug addicted psych ward patients to colonize California beaches. Once property values tank and properties are sold to the ones who bussed them in, poof, they round them up like cattle and kick them out

Well given the fact that the moratorium wasn't extended to the landlords with regard to paying the mortgage, I would agree 100%. We used to let property in the city. Had a great tenant who always paid on time. We sold in 2019. So glad we got out of it. Before that, our place was listed on Air B&B and we had lots of holiday bookings. I think about that now and wonder in today's crazy world, how many short-term rental owners have had to deal with people claiming "squatter's rights" just to take advantage of the no rent moratorium. I bet it's happened.

I rent out vacation property in Florida. Add long as they're "vacation" renters, i.e. short term, you have a right to kick them out. Not so if you rent longer term.

The "banks" are doing no such thing, the banks are ran by the cabal who are taking magic printed bailout money that has no relationship to the taxpayer and are doing their part to have all tangible assets owned by 15 odd people.

They're definitely up to something. Chase doubled their monthly fee and removed the ability to have it waived if you used your card 5 times that month. It's even worse if you had a business account.

Right, but the point is it's not banks making "sound investment decisions" for themselves. There is no "Themselves" as referring to banks, banks are ran by people, and the same people run most of the banks.

Peter Schiff has a really good breakdown of how this will cause rent to skyrocket for everyone and how the thing it is meant to prevent, massive numbers being newly homeless, will occur nonetheless and actually it will be worse because it will happen all at once, instead of a more gradual, natural way.

– bangbangshootshoot 1 point 4 years ago +1 / -0

Oh, well, yes, ostensibly meant to prevent I should say, their stated goal. I'm also speaking from Schiff's point of view here, so I'm taking for granted his assumptions.

An addressing of the actual goal would be a much larger discussion and would open up a chain of regress which would lead to the deepest root in the causal structure underlying all of this, which ultimately is something the the complete and total subjugation, and perhaps destruction, of all human lives.

But yes, the real, more proximal goal will be huge numbers of homeless, but as I mention all at once rather than over some period of months.

Except there is help in pandemic rental assistance that pays your mortgage so you have no reason to default. 18 months worth or mortgage payments. Then theres a l.j wats a HEMAP loan. That program is decades old. Homeowners emergency mortgage assistance program. Ince qualified your mortgage payments go down to 25 bucks oer month. As long as you keep qualifying on time and have need it's there.
They killed off a lot of elderly like my mom. They want this house to turn into apartments. I'm still fighting w o an attorney. They see an endless tap into baby boomers now. They're even trying to add grandchildren to list of people they want to make responsible for nursing home bills. Screw that. I loved my parents. But they in no way did anything in my life to make them some kind of multigenerational debt plan. This is disgusting and blatant money harvesting machine. They've been quiet since I called them out on their plan in court documents. Make me go w no attorney...I'll out it all out in every court doc. And I will defend myself. I won custody of my son against the best divorce child custody lawyer in this area. Representing myself. I'll do it again...I may not win but I definitely rattled cages and put my view if what they are doing into legal hearing. So now how do they respond to being openly accused and a light shining on them? That was march....they wanted eviction.......they still havent replied.. Call a spade a spade...they better be deciding how much money they'll owe us.

Exactly this. I get multiple phone calls DAILY from corporations trying to buy a rental house I own. Its gotten to the point of harassment. Worse than the car warranty people.

They can all get fucked. I have a good renter, and if he leaves, I can afford to keep the property whether its rented or not. I'm not allowing a squatter in, and I'm not selling to these parasitic corporations. I'll keep it empty until the storm blows over IDGAF.
