Something to think about. I remember many times Drs saying this!

Exactly! They say, "It's viral not bacterial so you just have to let it run its course."
bingo, and you're normally told to drink lots of fluids and get rest.
And get charged big bux for THAT EXACT “ADVICE”!!
Then when you start looking into it there are actually a lot of things you can do about it. Lysine, Ivermectin, Vit D etc. etc. Were they lying, or just incompetent?
Most workers in any field regurgitate what they have been taught. In the case of doctors, most are encouraged not to look further than what the drug dealers tell them. Drug dealers tell them that nutrition is not the path to health.
Doctors do not study enough biology to understand, on a very deep level, that we are molecular machines, and that nutrition IS the chemistry and molecular interaction that establishes machine function (though to be fair, nutrition is not taught that way either).
It is only the molecular and cell biologists, or molecular physiologists that really understand this. Some doctors do study those topics, either during their schooling or afterwards (it is a perpetual study), and so some do gain an intuitive understanding of this, but that is not a part of the core training, and so most assign their critical thinking along these lines to the "experts" who are literally all drug dealers.
Yeah that makes sense. I'm no doctor, but after almost dying young of being too fat I did a lot of research about how the body works and lost 60 lbs. My health improved drastically after just a few months. It didn't really even take that much research... which I guess is the part that confuses me. Anyone with 3/4 of a brain knows symptoms are not what you should treat. You need to find the cause and treat that.
Drug dealers get rich off of selling more drugs. Fixing problems does not lead to more fixing, nor more "fixes". Only perpetuating problems leads to the need for another fix.
Taking advice from drug dealers has never been a good idea. All established medicine is established upon such advice.
Benjamin Bikman is the guy I listen to when it comes to how the body works.
I will look into him, tx 👍🏽 Love your name 😎
Great work!
He changed his eating habits, much like adding basil to the pesto? ( 😉 )
You can never have enough… when you know you’re close to the last fork-turns, you will choose to pick up less pasta (einkorn whole wheat, not the processed stuff)… but eventually you will have to finish the last bite.
It’s a bittersweet moment, but you’ll remember the feeling and joy when you first gaze upon the fresh hot plate in front of you earlier…
It’s a process, a cycle of field to kitchen, of tradition passed down the generations. What better way to connect with your ancestors than with eating the same foods they ate?
Aahhh...my daily dose of basilpesto. I can taste every morsel as I absorb your prose. Thank you for filling that void Fren 💕
Anytime, anytime.
But they don't, you can go to jail for saying you can CURE cancer in Calif. Several Drs. lost their license over it, some were killed. one got shot in his doorway and the coroner called it a heart attack. He was shot in the heart.
Well said.
YAY, to this post.
My uncle was a brain surgeon and used to laugh at my Mom and her healthy eating. He said you can live on bread and water. After he retired he called my Mom one day and told her he was sorry and that she was right. He had just lost his youngest to cancer. She only ate garbage and besides the cancer had low levels of most vitamins. They had to put her on one of those nutri pak things. My uncle got a big education about vitamins then.
Varying degrees of both I believe
Incompetent — 95%
Lying — 5%, need the paycheck.
I'm a big fan of black elderberry syrup myself, and I take Vitamin D religiously. There are SO many things we can do about this. I have been working at the office throughout this whole time, shopping and going out into the world. I wore masks at first, before we knew what we were dealing with, but the more I read, the more I knew what bullshit this all was. So I stopped masking long before most others did, and defied mandates left and right. I haven't caught the wuflu yet so I must be doing something right.
I think it’s highly likely you already caught it, it’s just your immune system is in tippy top condition.
That D3 is KEY 👍🏽 Supposedly most of the covid deaths had a lack in Vit-D in common but no studies cuz they deem it tangental.
That's very likely - also actually, I was very sick in January 2020 and so was everyone around me, except my son who was 9 at the time. There is a good chance that was covid, but I never lost my smell or taste so it could have also just been a flu. I just don't have a positive test result to show anyone. But yeah, I don't get sick very often at all, and around Christmas 2019 I had caught strep so I was on antibiotics, which will weaken your natural immune system to a certain degree. That was quite a 1-2 punch - I get over strep only to catch a virus. But the black elderberry syrup was a big help!
Sburple.
In my experience, doctors are not healers anymore. They follow directions and a lot of those directions come from organizations like the CDC, WHO, FDA, NIH, JAMA, etc., and are often dead wrong. Or they rep for the Big Pharma drug scrip kickbacks. They have become shills and slaves (due to the cost of Malpractice Insurance and Student Loans).
They’ve been taught by the medical establishment a certain way and aren’t the kind of doctors who research and study. The ones who are doing the research and studies who know the truth…not those are the real evil ones.
This exacty! I have worked in healthcare for 15 years and the doc i loved to work with the most was always about “drink plenty of fluids and try to cough up as much phlegm as possible” so I asked him when all this shit happened “what is the point of testing for the china virus when it doesnt change the outcome of the course of treatment, at the end of the day its still an upper respiratory virus infection which cant be easily be treated? Only the symptoms can.”
He agreed and said it was pointless but fast forward a year and he has succumbed to the lies of the MSM and now parrots everything they say. “Everyone needs to be vaccinated” he says. I lost a ton of respect for him after that.
Wow...another victim. Keep in mind (I’m SURE you’re familiar) with the threats they’re under from licensing authorities, AMA etc. What a fiasco. We ALL MUST become our own healers!!!
Yes, which doesn't make sense to me since he was on his way to retirement and actually retired at the beginning of this year so it could have no impact on him whatsoever.
Gheez. smh
You are absolutely right about that. There are so many resources to research in this regard, too. But also I think about stories my family has told me, on both mom's and dad's side - mom lived through WW2 as a child in Europe, and as a result, doctors were few and far between. They had no choice but to find natural remedies for when they were sick and injured - and they didn't have the luxury of the internet to figure it all out. On dad's side, he and my aunt grew up in a small village in Yugoslavia so they were lacking in skilled medical care as well. My aunt told me about having had an infection in her thumb - a hangnail gone wrong or something, not sure how it got infected, but there she was. She chopped an onion in half and baked it until it was translucent. Then once it cooled to where it wouldn't burn her, she stuck her thumb in that onion and left it there for a while, and it drew out all the infection. I've cured upper respiratory infections with raw garlic - which is hard to take, but works. Fresh ginger is known to reduce migraines. Apple cider vinegar is host to a whole array of health benefits. God put everything we need on the earth, it's there for our use if we know what to do with it! :)
Beautifully written examples. This is the road ahead, mirroring the road left behind 👍🏽
And it only comes out at night based on several curfews...(maybe it's a vampire virus?)
I am living my own version of I AM LEGEND nowadays … 🌞
It’s a progressive virus.
Equitable even
And then STILL prescribe a less than worthless anti-biotic...
Which is how we ended up with MRSA!
...and damaged our gut biomes, leading to even more illness.
Holy shit … MRSA, I totally forgot about that. Isn’t it ironic how the majority of MRSA infections originate in hospitals?
Leaky vaccines cause the same problems that over perscribing of anti-biotics causes.
Funny how that got memory holed.
Not this time! I got like 40 vaccines, and they told me they'll work as soon as everyone else gets theirs! Best part was a free cheeseburger, pint of beer, and I got entered in a local lottery!
Strange pain in my chest, but oh well I'M DOING MY PART and have a sticker to show for it!
That chest pain is probably from the free weed they gave you with the 27th jab?
Exactly! The only time I got medicine for something serious was when I had bronchitis, other than that whenever I had a terrible respiratory illness (before covid) they didn't give me any medicine, sent me home, and then billed me for the visit.
How’s your respiratory condition nowadays?
I got bronchitis around 5 years ago now. Since I have asthma the bronchitis stuck around for 5 weeks and caused a host of other problems. I have fully recovered, and since then I've been exercising more to train my lungs, so my breathing is doing better for the most part.
My breathing only gets worse in moldy/musty/dusty areas, but surprisingly having covid didn't cause any respiratory problems. I had a dry ticklish cough for maybe 2 weeks but it was 100x easier than when I had bronchitis, just to give you a reference for how bad that part of my life was. I had to go to the emergency room 4 separate times, I nearly suffocated in my sleep, I got colds and the flu from my weakened immune system which then resulted in mucus from my nasal passages getting stuck in my ear canals and getting infected, giving me an ear infection for another 2 weeks during Christmas, making my poor hearing due to tinnitus even worse for a few months.
It's all completely healed now but that part of my life was complete agony. I couldn't remember what it felt like to be healthy. When I got covid I thought it was a walk in the park compared to that. That's how tame covid truly is, even for somebody like me who has had breathing problems all her life.
Damn, it sounds like you've been through hell and back - I'm glad you're OK! You probably already tried this, but in case you haven't, I have found it helps to have one of those humidifiers that have a little cup at the top (like from Vick's) where they want you to pour their medicine, but instead I use eucalyptus essential oil and run that all night while I sleep to breathe it in. It helps so much - if you haven't tried that, I highly recommend it. Also I use distilled/filtered or spring water in the humidifier so I'm not breathing in all the chemicals they put in tap water.
At the time it certainly felt like hell! I thought for the briefest moment that death might have been a better alternative. I wasn't suicidal, but I could understand for one small moment why some people take their lives when all they know is bodily pain. I do not condone suicide though, since I believe taking your own life is rejecting the greatest gift God has given you.
The worst part about getting sick for that long was that I was in my senior year at college. I missed 2 FULL weeks of classes, the most I've ever missed in my life, and had to do a lot of catch-up afterward. It was a very stressful time because I was also preparing my senior art show exhibits and also managing my Youtube channel. It was crazy.
I used to use humidifiers, not so much anymore since I've been okay these last 5 years.
Wow, that is intense!
I've been researching nebulizing as a vector and protocol for improved lung function/treatment plus administration of natural compounds (or some meds). Do you have any experience with this by chance?
Yes, when I had bronchitis I was prescribed to use a nebulizer. It definitely helped clear out my lungs and made it easier to breathe, but it's also a type of steroid (like my regular inhaler) so it made me jittery and prevented me from sleeping. It has its purpose and it did help, but long term it wouldn't have helped much since I would have been losing sleep.
I'm going to keep stock of ivermectin from now on!
Same. I've already got a nice little stockpile of the horse kind (nothing but yucky apple flavoring added). Will get some more this week. No one will prescribe it where I am, but Tractor Supply is the place to go.
Why do some docs prescribe it and some don't? My doctor did. My pharmacy was ok filling it. But my wives pharmacy rejected her! Even though the doc said yes. I don't get why they are for a non fda Vax shot but against stuff like ivermectin and hcq.
They got their marxist marching papers.
Also penecillin when you have an infection. I dont need a doctor to tell me for $200 and a wasted few hours of my time that i have an ear infection. I literally told the doctor what i needed last time i was in and he agreed. They must teach those docs critical race theory these days.
Or feed stores
upDOOTed ☝🏼
The thing that knocked me on my ass the most........... nobody could even tell me what it was. My throat was almost swollen shut. Just swallowing saliva was incredibly painful and the pain ran all the way up my sinuses.
Strep? Negative.
Mono? negative.
Me: okay so what the fuck do i have then?
Nobody knew. but steroids are what helped.
Steroids reduce inflammation and that almost always helps in the short term, especially if you don't know the root cause of the issue.
Collard greens, dandelion greens... Both high alkalinity and both help fight cancer... It is said that a high alkaline diet will help stave off or cure cancer... just an fyi
Also lemon in water, a few tablespoons of apple cider vinegar each day - though they are acidic by themselves, once they enter your body they alkalize. It creates an environment in which cells cannot mutate, thus preventing cancer.
Thank you for this information... More ammo to help others... Knowledge is power... God bless you and all Anons...
:) God bless you too!!

Can’t or won’t ?
