The icu doctor did eventually agree to try ivermectin but the hospital pharmacy REFUSED his request. So no ivermectin. No hospitals in the area give it either but I did still try having her transferred, she was not stable enough. The lawyer we are working with in new york needs us to find a litigator in VA to work with him because we are all in VA and need the case filed here. If anyone knows of one let us know! This is proving to be one of most difficult parts for some reason.

Report hospital to the state health dept as well as CMS and Joint Commission. Ask to speak with supervisors. Take names and ext numbers. Make it very clear that intervention must be immediate due to your sister’s current condition.
I’ve had to transfer my dad to another hospital due to lack of medical care. I recommend you call surrounding hospitals and see if any drs will prescribe it and if they will issue a hospital transfer ASAP. Also get in contact with a lawyer.

Does she have a PMD, primary care? Have her PMD visit the hospital and order it! Stand your ground.

We looked into that. She’s on a ventilator so she cant be transported. If she comes off it for even a minute it can be deadly
