In many cases employers need the employee more than the employee needs them. If they were smart they'd advertise no vax requirement and dominate with their pick of employees wanting to work for someone who respects them.

They threw entire families off planes because their toddlers wouldn't keep a mask on and now they want what we've all wanted from the beginning??? We saw a handful of videos of families being kicked off planes due to toddlers refusing to wear the mask. These incidents involved about 20-30 employees or fewer, a tiny fraction of airline employees.
I'm sure there are many other control freaks employed by the airlines, but there are also many freedom-lovers in that business who have disagreed with their employers' COVID policies. That's been the case with millions of Americans all over the country in many industries. Most people aren't in a position to quit their jobs, so they chose to comply with the rules, hoping to get through the pandemic and get it over with as quickly as possible.
Now more and more people are starting to realize there is no "getting it over with," that the cabal's demands have become more intrusive and dangerous, and they are starting to fight back. We need everyone we can get fighting for freedom.
Allow me my anger, frustration and any other feeling I have... I'm dealing with these pieces of shit trying to force my 13 year old daughter to get the kill shot and other things in our lives... I'm allowed to vent just as much as you and everyone else... Have blessed and glorious day...

Agreed and again, I was just venting... A lot of irons in the fire right now and many of them are in rl... So Papa Bear is getting angrier and angrier.. . I'm usually supportive and upbeat, but there are days... Having said that, the fact that more and more big companies and even smaller ones are feeling the heat from their staff is a VERY VERY GOOD THING...
I'm refusing and so are a lot of my coworkers. A few of us put in Religious exemptions to see what they do about that. HR is actively calling every person that is not taking the jab asking them to resign and everyone told them fuck off fire me! They're scared because the numbers are much higher than they thought not taking it.
I'd feel more empathy for the airline people if some of them hadn't turned into total tyrants since 9/11. The whole air travel experience is rude, impersonal and nasty.
