The meme is from that movie.The little green men are called Oompa Loompa’s and after each scene where a child does something naughty, they sing a song with a “life lesson” that pertains to whatever that particular child did that was wrong. That’s why the rhyme that Russian made up to go with the meme is so funny. It’s fashioned after the song in the movie and all of us are hearing the Oompa Loompa’s voices singing the verse as we read along. 🤷🏼♀️😬
