Now, Biden is obviously controlled, but this doesn't really mean or say much about anything.
Trump said he couldn't answer one thing, one time. Every press conference Biden has given he says he isn't allowed to take questions, entirely

The point is that Trump likely imposed the rule on himself based on discussions with people in his circle about what should or shouldn't be shared in an interview at that time.
Biden doing the same thing but all the time may indicate he's got a bunch of shit to hide (he does), but it doesn't necessarily indicate that he's being controlled (he is).

The only thing I'd say is that, while it's obvious to us that Biden is a weak beta-cuck, for people who are still asleep they may not find "I'm not supposed to take any questions" as that big of a deal, especially when they could argue Trump said something similar. They'll likely turn it into a "well your guy did it too so HA" response, even if the circumstances aren't quite the same, as you point out.

What does that have to do with my point? So when Trump "can't answer" a question it means nothing, but when Biden "can't answer" a question he's controlled?

Those are more convincing and are the kind of quotes that make it clear he is controlled.
There are reasons that Biden and his circle might have all agreed together to not take questions and his wording, while a little strange, doesn't automatically indicate he's referring to other people explicitly telling him what to do. Just that they decided not to answer any questions at that time. (Not to say any of this is true, it's all nonsense and Biden is obviously controlled based on what we know. Just that it's possible and thinking things through like this and using their logic can help when trying to wake up normies.)
Being told which people to call on and that other disaster of a quote, on the other hand, don't really have any possible logic behind them that I see.
